USDCAD - TML or DBLHC

Is this a TML or a DBLHC set up?
I suspect now that price has not broken below the TML, we should treat it as a DBLHC.

We shall watch and learn when trading opens...

Buy trade would have been taken at 1.28227 - price moved +28 pips, then a small retrace, depending on where your stops would be, price moved back up again approx +133
FIBS: Trade taken on the retrace to the 23.6 Fib would then have gone +148

There are 2 potential trade setups on this chart for the period I'm analysing...

The 1st Buy trade would have been taken at 81.539, price moved +238 pips
FIBS: Price didn't retrace to the fib, so no trade would have been taken

The 2nd Buy trade would have been taken after a short retrace, and a new BOVB setup @ 83.812 - price moved +265
FIBS: Again, price didn't retrace to the fib, so no trade would have been taken.
