I don't think so. Users might run multiple SBB's on the same platform if they have a death by confusion and chaos wish, but each instance is only dealing with its own trades and so should be able to cope.

No more about this please, folks. You already have a highly complex ea; finding ever more complex ways to use it will merely result in it breaking.

Upon your own head be it if you insist on running multiple instances in basket mode.

Steve and Bob,

A big congratulations for this EA! It is the first I have seen that trades both the trend and its counter, and leaves the user the option to trade which when. It looks to me like a landmark in EA design that promises great results. Well done!

You know I'm a crazy git, though, right? ;) If I want to run multiple instances, I'll just have to headbutt my way through this damn mental block that got in my way a couple of months ago ;) You've given us yet another great EA, so now I just have to get out of my own way and - as Jean-Luc Picard would say - "Make it sew" (or is that "Make it sow"? I was never sure if he was talking about a knitting machine, or a harvester).

Actually, mental block or not it is nowhere near as easy to convert an ea into a multi-pair trader as people imagine - and you were trying to do it with code that is not your own. I find other peoples' code really hard to read. I have slaved over a hot computer for hours and hours over this one. :arrrg: :arrrg: :arrrg:

Check your AlwaysOn input guys. Having it set to 'true' when developing code is a real bugger so I turn it off and forgot to turn it on again when releasing the earlier versions. You need it on if trading SBB as a basket trader.

I see there is a problem with the average spread calculation.

Given that SBB is not supposed to send a trade when the spread is MultiplierToDetectStopHunt times the detected average spread but just has done on my H1 demo, this suggests a problem with that filter as well. :arrrg:

First bloop has emerged.

Line 2351:
if (TimeToStartTrading > 0)

needs changing to

if (PostTradeAttemptWaitSeconds > 0)

This emerged on a new demo that I had left at jerrybuild 745 just to see what happens. It has definitely broken Matt's OR code and the bloop allowed SBB to instantly fire off 5 trades. Fix is in V1a in post 1 for the codephobics.

I fixed the spread thingy by reattaching the bot. Do the same yourselves if your average spread display is reading zero.

would you be so kind to let me know when SBB updates it's ATR calculation for the different pairs? Is it updated just once when the EA is loaded or once a day or constantly like every couple of minutes/hours?
