I like to trade GBPJPY (The beast !)
Please have a look at the today graph on GJ AND on TF 5 mn.
As you can see it I simplified the number of indicators. The main indicator is really the ADX.
It's very good also on TF 5 mn.

Trade 1 = ADX is under level 20 but good entry with a potential de 25 / 30 pips
Trade 2 = ADX is rising level 20. Potential 40 / 45 pips
Trade 3 = ADX is above level 20. Potential 20 pips
Trade 4 = ADX is above level 20. Potential 20 pips
Trade 5 = ADX is above level 20. Potential 100 pips

All wins.
Conclusion the level 20 is not important. What account it is because ADX is rising. The potential in pips is very variable from a trade to the other one. Then how to manage mechanically the exit ?
It is all the question ;)

And now please let us compare GBPJPY TF 5 (post above) with here TF 15:
Trades 2. All wins.
Trade 1 = Potential 80 / 90 pips
Trade 2 = Potential 80 / 90 pips
ADX Above or Below the level 20 has there either no importance. Rising is very important

Interesting no ?

I always thought that it was better necessary to have a strategy which works well or averagely well on any parities and on all TF that a strategy which works (temporarily?) that on a single parity and a single TF.
Once again since I am working on " la poule aux oeufs d'or " I have the feeling to hold something solid.

But unfortunately rest to find the end: the mechanical exits of trades :roll:

And now if you look at GBPJPY in TF 30 mn (today) you will see that it is also 2 trades winners.
But it is less profitable.
I leave you the care of verifying it by yourselves and of posting here your charts.

Do not matter(count) on less to make only all the job(work) the guys.
Work on little and participate. I need you ! :)

Hey, just got my computer back, i made some backtest and it looks really good.I will start testing next week. About stoploss and take profit, i am a big fan of fractals. Basically i always put my stoploss bellow/above fractal's arrows.My take profit is equal to my stoploss 1:1.
In this case on 15min GBP/USD it works perfectly. Let me know what you think about it.
I use the synergy indicator as well and if i see that it changes color then i will consider to stop the trade.

Ahahah aucun stress avec ton anglais :good: ,quelques erreurs de conjugaison mais parfaitement comprehensible. Mon anglais aussi est loin d'être parfait mais j'habite Berlin donc je m'améliore au fil du temps. (of more meadows)=closer. Meadow signifie en fait près comme le près des vaches :smile: .
