Salut jf,

This is a follow-on post from the manual trading thread...

I can run a demo with experimental settings of your choosing, for a period of time, and we can compare results as you wish.

However, before doing this, might I suggest that anyone participating starts with the same basic EA settings, and alters only the parameters you wish to tweak? This would ensure that if we do see a difference in EA performance, the cause will most likely be due to the parameters you altered, and not accidentally due to some other extraneous setting.

Since you are hoping to experiment with the DMI length, I think that basic settings (such as entry, exit, TP and SL) should be identical if the test is to give us meaningful results.

I can deposit here a list of EA settings which I think would give us a starting point, or you can select them if you wish. I'm happy either way.

And thank you for your proposal. There are here unfortunately few concerned traders!
Little at which I consider manually different settings of Wilder's or another tf as 5mn : I do not really see improvements with regard to(compared with) my basic proposal.
Not so easy....

If you have an idea?

EA took the below trades, (default settings) but all were closed in short time for small loss.

Hi,
Yes but the EA dont take and exit trades exactly like me with my V3.
3 exit are possible for me :
1- NonLagMa Change color
2- DSS Bressert change color
3- Trade manager with tis settings : true; 20; 40; true;20; 15; 2, true; 20; 50

And my strat is a winner
