I couldn't get that idea to work as I wanted it to do. When I set an account up with Peaky it was still firing trades off at the extremes in the wrong direction. I did try various settings on the buffer values without success so I binned that idea.

I could add Peaky to Sharky so: TDesk generates a buy or sell signal, so Sharky then reads peaky to confirm/cancel the signal. Sing out if this would help.

I will do this tomorrow. It is easy enough to strip out the code I shall add should someone come up with a UBD solution.

I have added Peaky, so redownload from post 1 folks. The inputs are underneath, "Trading styles". Peaky is only called when TDesk generates a trading signal; Peaky then confirms or cancels the trade.

Do a search for, "UsePeaky" if you want to see what I have coded.

Although I have had a break through after a lot of thought whilst doing my day job as to why the hell I could not get Peaky buffers/drone to do what I wanted it to do. I have run it over the past 24 hrs and it seems to be doing exactly as intended.

When I get a bit of time I will pop the new Sharky on an account and test (Hopefully mirroring my new findings).

I'm excited about this. I think you and I trade the same way and the thoughts that I have been having about Peaky are being implemented in this project. I am grateful for your efforts, all of you!!!

After several months and many tweaks, I feel I am ready to share with you what I have developed into a pretty robust collection of indi's and settings for TDesk and Sharky.

Fundamentally it is a trend following system using 34LWMA Grab over multiple time frames with MTF HGI & SS confirmation, we have Peaky as a Veto if we have a buy signal near the highs or sell signal near the lows of the H1 TF. It should also not trade if we have an opposing Trend or Blue Wave on D1.

The trigger is the cross of the M1 MA over the M1 34 LWMA with 100% Solo Signal agreement.
Immediate Market trade, Grid of 2 limit orders H4 ATR apart, and the individual basket TP is H4 ATR.
No SL is used, but it will close out if we get a H4 Trend or Blue Wave against us.

Apologies..... I somehow managed to do a monumental arse-up just before saving and setting things up to post here that I spotted this morning. I have fixed and uploaded the correct set for TDesk as well as the template.
I copied into "VetoOnDisagreeLogic" which will contradict "VetoOnOppositeSignals".
Very easy to DIY, use set provided or use Template in Zip.

I have altered the settings for PeakyBuffers, UBD Builtin indicators, Moving Averages SLOW and there is also an extra SlopyBuffers Two for the Buffer to read for H4 & D1 SS, so clear your Indicator file and save what you get here into it.

You will need to download Sharky, HGI and the Buffers/Signals Drones from the usual places.

Lets hope the pips continue to be banked.

Can you give any indication on how it's performed over the past week or so, after the Peaky issue was sorted?
