Yes - you are looking at the wrong thing traderduke. The EA (as with most of NB10.2) starts with the D1 TmaSlope > 0.8 or < -0.8, with WOH1x0 being in agreement - then ShelleyJem looks for a retrace from the TMA band on H1 and for price to hit the 5MA(1) on H4, heading back in the direction of the D1 indicated trend. So in USDCAD case - that would be long. |

I had a think about % position sizing. I think if the inputs ask for: Adaptive pips TP/STOP: eg 50 pips % of account to TP/STOP: eg 2% We would get scenarios like this: $100,000 account & 10 basket trades waiting to trigger. Adaptive pips TP/STOP: 50 pips (x10 basket trades = total of 500pips TP/STOP) % of account to TP/STOP: 1% (TP @ $1000 / STOP @ $1000) $1000 / 500 pips = lot size of $2/pip $100,000 account & 5 basket trades waiting to trigger. Adaptive pips TP/STOP: 50 pips (x5 basket trades = total of 250pips TP/STOP) % of account to TP/STOP: 2% (TP @ $2000 / STOP @ $2000) $2000 / 250 pips = lot size of $8/pip I might be over simplifying so let me know if I got this right. |
