Granted I don’t have the coding skills you have but I believe I could have made a valuable contribution to this thread in due course. I guess that has now been curtailed.
As far as OOTB, my limited firing brain cells still believe those 2 trades should have been taken. It would have been preferable if you have pointed out my misreading of the inputs (if that is the case) than to fire off an unwarranted broadside.
I have been at this game a long time but certainly don’t consider myself to be superior to anyone on this forum. I suggest you should take a similar approach.

Thanks Shelley - yes GP beta is 2/3 (currently 3) so it will certainly make some difference. And yes it isn't a time for a lot of trades. I was more concerned that BASA had seemingly by-passed a couple of trades that looked as though it should have / would have taken.
Anyhow, great potential with this one so you and Steve keep up the great work.

At the risk of exposing my own stupidity, I ask a question. I have BASA running on a demo. Until today, I have had the CSS feature turned off. Having watched three stack trades get stopped out while the EURCAD was consolidating, I decided to turn on CSS and watch how things worked.

Now for the possible stupidity: Although I have the CSS indicator from the first page of this thread in my indi folder, and I also have it on my chart with the same settings, the EA is showing no value for either of the currencies, nor a Direction. See attached screenshot. I have closed Empty4 and restarted to be certain I cleared out any conflicts. I am not sure why I am not getting any values. Any ideas ?

Same problem on my demo. This but didn't surface until you turned CSS on. I will have a look.

If you are using the CSS, you should take note the setting for the timeframe is the default chart, so if you want to use H1 CSS the chart should be on a H1 timeframe.

Paul has updated his libCSS code and that means a line of code needs amending. This is fixed in V1r in post 1. If you do not plan using CSS, then you do not need the update.

You can make the change yourself. Find this line of code (line 3749 in Scite):
Change
libCSSgetCSS( css, tf, shift );

to libCSSgetCSS( css, tf, shift , true );

BASA has just taken a gbpnzd re-entry trade on a live Cowboy Go Markets account using v1q.
No SL set by the EA.

I am using the ATR Stop Loss settings.
