I suggest you install the Version 1b, so you can see your Trades in realtime.
You get a feeling for the EA and how it works.

I use FS for opening the trades and close them mostly manual before US session.
FS took 47 Trades -> 44 winner / 3 looser / DD < 1%. EA is running on demo. I use a MT4i Tradecopier for live account with fix lotsize and the email system for the information when trades are opened.

I don`t have any technical problems.

With Tradecopier I can reduce the max number of trades and the "email Service" is easy to manage when you use it with different live accounts and EAs.

the "LowerTimeFrame" is H4,
I think that the EA trade's opentime is "00:00" or "04:00" or "08:00" or"12:00" or "16:00"
or "20:00",But,your trade's opentime is not these times,some diff much,why occur that?

OOTB = Out Of The Box. It means he's using the default settings.
