according to your rules.. aren't you supposed to wait for a flat RSI2 before looking for pending entry ?

If you are faint of heart you should not trade. If you like excitement and lots of movement here we go. Maybe see a Euro rebound?? LOL you gotta love it or hate it. Time for Euro elite to back track before the peasants with pitch forks show up at their door.

If initially Europe came out as utterly deranged in its Cyprus deposit-confiscation scheme, at least it was consistent. Now, it appears that Europe is desperate to appear not only completely incompetent but also unable to even make a simple decision and stick with it, following news from both the WSJ and the FT that the original confiscation thresholds of 6.75% and 9.9% for deposits below and over €100,000 is about to be revised.

From the FT: "a revised deal being discussed in Nicosia, with the blessing of the European Commission, would shift more of the burden on to deposits larger than €100,000, according to officials involved in the talks. Under a controversial deal struck with international bailout lenders in the early hours on Saturday, a 6.75 per cent levy would be imposed on all deposits under €100,000 while accounts over that threshold would be hit with a 9.9 per cent levy. The depositor levy was demanded by a German-led group of creditor countries to bring down the bailout’s price tag from €17bn.... Officials involved in last night’s talks said the changes in the levy’s rates were in flux, but they could see the higher rate increase to as much as 12.5 per cent while the smaller deposits could be about 3.5 per cent."

SO history experts, what is worse losing your deposit in banks to:

A. Inflation
B. Depression and banks going under
C. Govt. Confiscation to make sure the super rich get their money back.
D. Fill in the blank _____________________________
E. I hope Steve doesnt ban me. :)
F. Put all your money with a Forex broker and make money.

Those of you who live in the USA would understand what would happen if they tried this in Montana, Arkansas, Idaho, Colorada etc etc.
I'm not sure what good guns would do against a grab like the one they're threatening in Cyprus. They can take their 10% pound of flesh by computer, from New York or wherever they want. What good would guns do against that?

I 1000% agree with your "trade small, live to trade another day" philosophy. One nice thing about 10.4 is that it gives so many opportunities. All can be traded at small risk, but all together they can add up nicely.

For some people going out and shooting a banker would relieve some of the anger. Doesnt get your money back though. In the old days it was the king or emperor with the biggest army that got to keep the money (gold and silver) until the peasants got their pitchforks out.

What is the reason for your first buy stop? It looks like it is between the WP and WMS1?

Also My pivots look a little different than yours I seem to remember some talk about sundays and pivot problems, did this ever get resolved?

If this euro confiscation goes through with Crete, what do you think the people in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Ireland are going to think. Are we next??? Where do you think all that money is going to go? CHF will fight like crazy so it wont go there. GBP maybe, JPY no way. That leaves USD, AUD and NZD maybe CAD. Money flight here we come. This has just got to be a crazy idea. AUD has the highest interest rate and USD is always the safe haven despite our troubles. My charts are telling me AUD USD are strong and the news is telling me they should be strong. So I am going to play it. IF I am wrong I trade small and will survive to trade another day. If I am right I will enter multiple trades and let it spike.
