Hey Cherry, I've now ditched TMASlopetrue and reverted back to TMASlopeNorm (5period rather than 10) for both current and highertimeframe and I am scaling into positions upon candle open one period at a time once the following conditions are met:

TMASlopeNorm has closed one candle blue on both current and highertimeframe for longs, red for shorts.
Trade candle open if below 5TMA for longs, above for shorts.

I am experimenting with the number of maximum trades for each position upto 5 at the moment.

Screenshot is an example where only two trades would have been opened (please note I did not take this trade and the TMASlopeNorm does repaint but this is for illustration purposes only)

This is about as simple as I have got this hurst strategy and HGI is correlating a lot of my trades nicely

I use the template TRADE for the main screen and SLOPE for the higher timeframe. I have squeezed MATRIX to have this as a reference on screen as I am also currently concentrating on the high swap pairs and trying to work this strategy around trading with +ve swap so this just helps me keep an eye out for HGI alerts on the other pairs so I don't miss something nice!

I've been playing around with various indies that have been posted in this thread. I seem to like the combination on daily of the OBV TMA True Slope with the TMA centered Histo on 10 for the D1 and 5 for the W1 also using the HA candles. All red or all green (with price above or below TMA centered 5) seems a good trigger. The main problem is the fact that the histo does sometimes repaint. I've not noticed it so much on D1 but did on a lower TF. All green, then changed to red and 3 bars later back to all green! However HGI and another indi also gave the thumbs up when the first all green set up before a foxy stop hunt a bit lower then price finally taking off.

I don't really know why but I'm not having much success with getting signals to paint with the HGI, so I'm looking to rely more on these indi's, backed up by PA and HGI when it signals on another chart.
I wish there was some way of getting the Histo to hold the bar colour it first paints as looking back it's hard to know how well this is really going to work. I do intend to test it out going forward though.

I'll post a screen pic but won't talk more about it as it's not really true to this thread.

EDIT, sorry I showed the first all red signal in Dec. which didn't have price above the 5, while the second all red was correct for a Hurst entry from above the 5.

PS: T. Joe, I haven't been able to find the TmaSlope_Norm to even try it out?! I've been searching for an hour!

Attached here now and added to original post. Alternatively I've just also realized that you could use the OBV_TMATrueslope with OBV and TRUE set to false which makes it then the same as 10.2TMAslope and thanks to Tomasso we have an MTF version of this which enables one chart to display both the current and higher (or any other) timeframe TMAslopes on the same chart (just not in color). I am now changing my template accordingly.

Yes I did wonder about using the first Trueslope indi but figured it mustn't give the same result.
I'll have a play with this, and see how it works.

Looks promising, though bear in mind the nature of TMA based indicators to redraw. Forward testing definitely worth a try.
