Hi Angelo,
First it seems the zoom-in/out of both charts are different.
Next, you should only remove the currencies you don't want to show from the output, not from the line where the currencies are listed that the indi should 'read' for the calculations.
Last, yes, if your broker doesn't offer all the pairs that others have, your outcome will be different but should be the same for both your charts.
thanks for your quick reply.
I didn't change the zoom, but perhaps the template was saved with different zoom factor.
Anyway zoom shouldn't change the angles etc., no?
So i shouldn't remove certain currencies from the indicators "read" settings (even if i don't want to look at these currencies at all)?
Seems then like the CSS values will always be calculated for the whole basket and not for just selected pairs?
(I also thought taking currencies out of the indicators "read" settings would reduce load on Empty4 /CPU ...)
But wouldn't that give a "wrong" picture of a particular currency pair? I mean if this pair's values are calculated in relation to all other curencies in the indicator basket, instead of its own relation solely?
And what does the "autoSymbols" setting do?
If i use it with the "weighOnlySymbolOnChart = true" setting, it gives different chart info when set to "true" or "false" (s. attached Screenshots).
So which setting to chose for "single" pair?
Perhaps some settings are conflicting?
Autosymbols uses ALL pairs in the marketwatch, also the exotics.
If you only want to weigh the pair, use "weighOnlySymbolOnChart = true" and it will do just that, weigh the symbols on the chart.
Zooming in/ out will change the visual slope, not the value printed on the side.
The CSS-info page is there to get a overall-view of the strength of currencies, the CSS on any chart gives the strenght for the two currencies in the pair.
Best,
Gertjan
