I don't get hung up on counts much, as I can always find a way to make or break them. The interesting zones are 1/3 where we are turning and putting in a peak high/low. Coming out of 1 is the breakout / straightaway opportunity. Leg 2 is momentum based and really no reason not to ride it till they slam on the brakes. If the trend is running, this is where moves extend.

I'd take a quick short at LO, looking for a better bottom and some spikey nastyness to shake out weak/early longs. Then get long for a longer TF trade on next major swing (W). Say 1.2750-1.2775 depending on PA. Should fox decide he has enough volume already to run north, I will join him.

Guess we'll see. My weekly map is pretty much dead on so far. But haven't entered on EU yet.

I’ve been following this thread for a few months now and have been able to bank some small profit.
I found that CJ has focused a lot on the M15 time frame (trade after a stop hunt 15-20 pips above Asia) with the intra week - 3 day cycle and many members have done well with this. Unfortunately, I cannot trade M15 or even H1 due to work and other commitments.

I’ve been wondering how we can apply this knowledge to H4 and D1 time frame as I can only trade these time frames. I know CJ mentioned many times that he built his home on D1 and H4 and only plays with the short time frames and he mentioned that “what happened in the small time frame will happen on larger time frames”. However, I found that it is very subjective while looking at D1 or H4. How do you identify where the cycle starts and ends? (At least on H1, we normally focus on 1 week window and Wednesday is normally the retracement day).

For pairs that have been running in 1 direction for a long time (like EURAUD on H4) how do you determine your entries?

More importantly, how do you manage your risk? In you last post, I don’t see any SL. I imagine you are using a mental SL. If so, where would that be? Do you put it 1 pips above the last HH of the stop hunt?

Actually CJ focused on the M15 because he believed it was easier to practice, you do not need to wait ages before anything happen. It also reduce your exposure risk, get in, get the trade and you are out
