Really nice to see this working out all right in time ;)

All pairs selected conform NN10.2, I only inserted a short euro because that little voice :twisted: in my head told me so. ( and added a audchf today see time stamp )

Looks like some nice baskets there, well done guys.
Today was my first basket trade as have been mainly single manual trades and so far the basket is looking good.
Just trying to get the exit right, trying not to let my heart rule my head.

Made some profit on a 4 pair demo basket today also. I closed the basket as price was approaching some 00 levels and didn't want to take the chance. Looks like they are make a nice play for those levels now though, should have held out a bit longer.

Liking this method, it's the only one that has really appealed to me in a while. Thanks Bob and Jem.

@ Jemook, all real pips with real cash

@ cumquat, this is where you need to know, or at least be able to project the Average Daily Range, high & low, of the pair you are trading IF you are going to exit manually, along with Pivots, make decision easier.

See, this chart of EUR-AUD, not NB, another method, already took prifit on half trade, just hit TP2 now, and still there is room to the ADR as shown by arrow.

PS - more real cash :D

That's an awesome haul for so early in the week! May I ask which pairs you had in your basket? I placed a 3 pair basket (AUDJPY, NZDJPY & AUDUSD) around 5.30pm last evening using the BobJemShelley EA and even now (2pm) it's only ranging between 30 - 40 pips. Did you use the ShelleyNOW EA as Jem had shown us in his post yesterday (Jems Uber Basket.........11.45am)?

Hi Graham, my basket had the following pairs configured based on the D1 & H4 slope being > 0.5 for Buys and -0.5 for D1 and H4 Sells.

AUDCHF Buy
AUDCAD Buy
AUDUSD Buy
AUDJPY Buy
NZDJPY Buy
NZDUSD Buy
GBPAUD Sell
EURAUD Sell
EURNZD Sell
GBPNZD Sell

The basket reached 474pips whilst I was at work but I was unable to close it (it's Demo so I'm still testing a few things). I eventually closed it for 285pips.

I have been doing some research on the market makers cycle and points during the day that offer the most liquidity. Given the baskets are designed to spread our risk across trending pairs and we are hoping that some of these pairs trend with strength during this volatile periods I placed the slope strength on H4, with the dots signifying the next lower time frame (H1) trend and formed a quick basket to ride through the NY Open and bagged a pretty quick 70pips in an hour. I know it's risky as the pairs may not necessarily agree with the D1 trends. I just wanted to see if I could tap into that market movement for a quck 50 or so pips - and was able to.

Three daily volatile breakout periods defined by the accumulation of buy/sell orders then profit release or trends that kick in (Asian, London & NY) it might be possible to use this system in a shorter time frame targeting a specific number of pips?

Apologies if this is off topic..... I'm just curious as to what it may be capable of.
