Two more examples of Jem's method. I AM USING M30 CSS INSTEAD OF H1. Template attached. You will need all the indi from Bob's 10.4 thread. |

Bob says BOJ bond purchases in the first two weeks of the month will weaken the yen. Here is the proof. Five out of seven yen pairs have risen already. The move is caused by fundamentals, forget about the indi's, he says, it is by government decree. It is no wonder he is so successful, a genius. I am just following in his coat tails, hope to make some green pips. In the next few days, I will be buying dips when price bounces off pivots and trendlines. The Auto trendline I posted earlier comes in handy here. |

The elephant in the room trading the yen is the nikkei which plunged overnight. The market is unconvinced by Mr Abe's rhetoric. http://www.forexfactory.com/news.php?do=news&id=430720 Well, waiting to buy xxxjpy from support around S1 when the market settles, using Jem's method. |

JUST FOR ONCE, BAD NEWS IS BAD NEWS, AND THE DOW FALLS. THE DOW AND FTSE100 HAVE NOW BROKEN BELOW 240MA. SO, UNTIL THEY BREAK ABOVE 240MA AGAIN, I AM SELLING RALLIES BACK TO RESISTANCE ZONES. ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN ON FRIDAY'S NON-FARM PAYROLL. THE DOW COULD FALL FURTHER OR MOVE BACK ABOVE 240MA. IT'S ANYBODY'S GUESS, AND I AM STANDING ASIDE UNTIL AFTER THE NEWS RELEASE. My guess is that any rebound in the dow, if it happens, will be short-lived, as those who have not exited will be pleased to exit at a higher price. The correction will be at least 10% from the peak before any further move upwards resumes. |

THE NIKKEI AND THE DOW RETRACING BACK ABOVE WS1. YEN PAIRS RETRACING BACK UP AS WELL. THE BIG BOYS HAVING BROUGHT YEN PAIRS PRICES TO BASEMENT LEVELS ARE LOADING UP AGAIN. ALL ARE COUNTER TREND TRADES -- VERY RISKY ! I AM ONLY TAKING TREND TRADES FOR NOW. |

A stronger yen hurt the Japanese stock market in two ways, as the following article illustrates If that wasn't enough to worry about, the markets are again being held hostage to the dollar/yen trade. After weakening for almost seven straight months, the yen has been strengthening the past two weeks, and did so again today. This is a problem for the yen carry trade, as it is called. Traders borrow cheap yen, then use it to buy assets (stocks, bonds, etc.) in other countries. This works great, as long as a) borrowing costs in Japan remain low, and b) the yen is weak. But recently borrowing costs have risen, and the yen has strengthened, causing some to begin unwinding this trade. That's bad news: not only is a weak yen important for those in the yen carry trade, it's also important for the Japanese stock market, since it makes Japanese companies more competitive abroad. http://www.cnbc.com/id/100793077 |

The stock market correction continues with a vengeance. Will the last person to exit, please turn off the lights. Nothing goes up in a straight line. What goes up must come down. |
