Hi Guys,

Green pips on PP Dashboard !!! The first week of the month seems to be a good one. :yahoo:

I still have a problem with the global variable which is supposed to store the initial price target for exit (GVppPriceTargetExit) and to delete pending trades if price goes below this value +/- xx pips.

This global variable is supposed to be reinitialize only when there are not pending trades… But when I check on my screen the yellow value from yesterday are not shown anymore and so the global variable do not exist anymore

I might try to add a filewrite function to store the value in a csv file. At least when you restart your platform this value will still be available. I’ll think about that for a few hours and might code that later today. If you have some ideas…

I have one Gl.Prime demo on my PC and one Gl.Prime on a VPS (accuhosting).
With different EA's I tried on demo basis in the past I never had a problem with the VPS also not with earlier versions of PC.
This has changed with the latest PC -EA-MPTM.

I have installed according to the instructions the EA and the Dashboard.
I also installed the recent templates from templates v 2.00.
Forced historic download has been carried out properly, no flaws.
To the best of my knowledge the installations are now identical on my PC and VPS.

The version running on my PC works perfectly, the one on the VPS sits dead. The comment on the screen fits “no trades to manage. I am bored witless”.

I have no idea what is so specific for the PC-EA-MPTM that would explain the different behaviour.
Has someone a suggestion how to tackle this problem?

Latest version running fine on my VPS, so almost certainly something your end - settings possibly?

Maybe read through the original MPTM documentation? - sorry can't be of more help.

Hi G,

Not at all sure if this is part of the global variable glitch - or maybe by design?

I am seeing that the first pending trade placed by the Dashboard has a zero take profit setting, with the next ones all having a take profit value set. The attached shot of the terminal shows what is happening.

In my set up, the first trade is taken directly by the EA, with the bigger lot size (shown in green).
I am running the 6003 templates on the dashboard and the latest MPTM version which is giving the 0.01 sized lots.
I have looked through the code but can't find a answer - not surprising considering my poor coding skills ... :arrrg:

Other wise all working very well.

II just checked your issue, and I have some trades without a TP as well on my demo.

I just checked MPTM Plus EA code and I cannot flag the issue for the moment.

I am going to launch a demo on my laptop later today with the potential patch to delete pending trading, and I will monitor this issue at the same time.

Great, thanks G - no rush, a tiny glitch .... :good:
Don't know of it is of relevance. I have as well trades without a TP (templ 6001).
What strikes me that all pending trades show a TP.

I will try if I can see what happens if a pending trade turns into an active trade.

Your screen shot also shows trades with a zero take profit .....

Or am I missing something :?:
