disbellj wrote:I'd like to continue the EA, that's why I asked questions for clarification. Sorry if I have problems understanding. This is why I asked for you to markup the chart in the examples. If I have a problem with placement or calculation of wiggle room pips (e.g. on pivots), volatility pips (calculated or user input?), then that affects SL placement, R:R calculation. I can use band for TP. But if not for R:R disqualifying that one trade, my understanding of re-entry includes pivots, not just band bounce, so unless R:R disqualifies that trade, it would meet the criteria if re-entry includes pivots.

Also, the weakening was first put into a zone (not including 0), now includes 0. I think I am trying to understand. I hope you can agree that this looks like a change to the rules, and it's not the first one, and it's not just me.

I guess I'll wait for update to see if there are examples that may help me. It's pretty obvious I'm too dense to get it first time around without needing to ask questions.

Don
Hi Don,
Yes, I'll advise that you give the upcoming guidelines a fair shot. Thanks.
No, you definitely can't be dense if you code all those EAs - I do agree that my way of describing things can be mind-twisting. The document has a lot of plain English and where the English still doesn't do the trick, a lot of illustrating diagrams! :D I'm hoping you'll like it or I'd have failed in my objective.

All comments and feedback are welcome - positive, negative, constructive or destructive :D
Ofcourse, if they dwell on non-forex subjects, they may then be immediately ignored. :)
GT3RS wrote: If you took the time to read people's posts properly and more importantly, REPLY properly [because you haven't replied satisfactorily to one single question of mine], then you'd realise there hasn't been any negative feedback about the strategy.

The only questions have been requesting more information. I've had several PMs from people telling me that they can't understand what you are teaching.
I think its been a communication issue. When I get a question about something that was explained in the notes, I feel the need to draw attention first to that explanation on the basis that if understood, the question itself will become needless. Ofcourse some people will never heed the attention and feel instead that the questions were overlooked/ignored. Its exactly why I have taken all the areas of concern and am now clarifying them with many diagrams in the upcoming notes hoping that will do the trick.

It is exactly because I believe that there may be others like you struggling with the system that I am responding to each of your posts in the hope that some will get it even if you don't.
GT3RS wrote: You are constantly adding things to this strategy. You talk in extremely vague terms about "not anticipating, but fast following." Everyone is scared to say anything in case you get them booted from the forum or stop "teaching."
How someone who doesn't understand the system can make such an accusation beats me. You will need to have understood it well and demonstrated that understanding to then state that something is an addition and not an attempt to go into greater detail about something that had been assumed or merely summarized earlier.
GT3RS wrote: And then, your ego chimes in about not being interested in "frivolous" stuff because you are too busy making money. Ha!!  Classic!! Good for you!! Now we see who you really are. I'm glad you're rolling in money!! I'm not, and I'm trying to learn, but I have NOTHING to learn from you.
How talking about ego on a serious forex forum cannot be frivolous also beats me. :D I dont know about you but this is a serious money-making business for me. Ego issues will therefore be ignored as they do not make pips for me.
GT3RS wrote: You say you are sharing it for people to learn from. This clearly isn't true. You want someone to do your coding for you free of charge. After it's done, you'll disappear.
Go and check my joining date then check when the forum started. Enough said. All these accusations won't make you any pips ...on a thread that someone else makes 7% a week, its not too good if you are focusing on things that don't make you any.
GT3RS wrote: Well, I've had enough of people like you posting incomplete stuff on forums, trying to suck people in to do something to their benefit.

I'm outta here. And you can say what you want about me, because I won't respond.
Yes, I agree. Maybe you need a breather. Not all systems suit all folks. I'm still struggling with M1 systems. :D

However, on a very serious note, unless you do have other systems that make you 7% or more a week (some may make more), I will suggest that you do not let your frustrations get in the way of your making many pips. Peace.

Cheers,
CC

okay. I'am the second guy who has his problems in understanding :-) I'am the kind of 'visual guy' who needs pictures to better understand things. But i think i will read all posts again and take some silent hour with no intervention from my kids to give it a second chance 8-)

see you

Welcome in the club. My problem is that I have to translate CCs instructions with Google or dictionary into german. And what I read is not realy clear. Everybody who use pc translation know the problem. In this case I love Nanningbobs teaching style. As a teacher he knows that a picture say more than 1000 words. Thanks to GT3RS for posting the charts and asking the questions. The answers helps me to learn.

Thanks, Jem.

Oh dear, marsie! :o
When a dictionary is needed to understand a forex system then that's really bad.
I had originally just outlined my way of using the system and why. I have recognized that others may struggle with bits of how I described it. While I am no teacher like Nanningbob, I am going to make an effort to make the concepts simpler to understand, followed by a few examples. I hope it helps. :)

Hi CC!

I don't want to rush anything or anyone, but when can we expect to see the release the update and it's new template?
I'm really excited to see the template NRP and non-repainting FastLine = P

Good day and many pips to all ! May the force (and the invisible hand of the market) be with you.

Regards,

Fable

Very soon, Fable, very soon. The template now only needs to be chacked against each pair to see what additional guidelines may be needed. It won't be long.
