I think they have been removed since they were outdated. But the HGI is there as well as all the instructions needed.

Post subject:  HGI updated to new expiry
I have uploaded to the first post the HGI 16.09 and the hgi_lib with the latest expiry September 1th, 2017,
note you must first delete the old files, than install the new files, you need latest Empty4 for both.
