Bob.s 10.4 combines very well with SR INDI.

Buy above 240ma, sell below.

RSI pinned at the top and Price touches or enters and leaves R zone, sell.

SL = resistance_hi, TP = line to line (next pivot)

Examples below......

STICK TO NB 10.4 AND BOB'S MM (5 CENTS/$1000 ACCOUNT), YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO BLOW YOUR ACCOUNT.

You will require indicators from Bob's 10.4 thread and the SS-SR indi posted below. I have set the TMA time frame to H1 which Bob uses to decide when to put pending orders if you are using 10.4 to trade.

FROM NEXT WEEK, I WILL BE POSTING SOME OF MY 10.4/SR TRADES AS I TRADE THEM, AND SEE HOW WELL THEY DO.

Most of them will be by the book, except very occasionally, I may take CT trades with half lot size.

The yen rallied 2.1% against the USD today on the back of a 20% fall in the Nikkei from its peak and failure by Mr Abe on Wednesday to provide details of his monetary stimulus plans. Also, the NFP numbers are anticipated to disappoint, prompting the Fed to delay tapering its monetary stimulus, thus weakening the USD.

The USDJPY dived soon after London close to the next key support between 96.60 and 97.00. If you had been following Bob's 10.4 thread yesterday, you would have seen my post just before the big dive when the currency broke its trendline support drawn by the AUTO TRENDLINE INDI on my chart !

Anyway, the currency has bounced off this support level twice before. If it stays above this level, then the bull run will continue. Sooner or later, the Fed will taper its QE, which should strengthen the USD.

We will watch what happens after NFP tomorrow, and price action next week.

Next week, if XXXJPY PAIRS retraced to upper trendline + resistance/pivot/fib level/ma (confluence) and RSI is pegged at the top on H4, then it is a sell for me.

Watch this space. I am going to show that NB10.4 plus SR works. The only thing that spoils the party is HIGH IMPACT NEWS.

DANGER - IF THE BOJ DECIDES TO INTERVENE IN THE MONEY MARKET BY SELLING YEN. This may happen during the Asian session, so poses a risk to those in the UK and Europe who would be in bed at the time !

A forex guru that I follow says that Gold is slowly grinding higher.

However, it has bounced off the resistance zones twice before. So, I have a sell to test the method.

BOTH STOCHS AND RSI ARE OB.

Gold moves opposite to stock indices. I THINK THE NIKKEI IS NOW OVERSOLD, AND DUE FOR A REBOUND. DOW JONES CLOSED UP LAST NIGHT.

HOWEVER, IF THE DOW FALLS AFTER NFP, THEM GOLD WILL RISE. MY POSITION WILL BE CLOSED BEFORE NFP WHATEVER HAPPENS.

No 10.4/SR setups today, a few 10.5 trades for xxxjpy pairs. However, I don't like to trade before NFP.

AFTER NFP NEWS, GOLD FELL TO 1380, A FALL OF $30 MORE.

HOWEVER, AS I NEVER TRADE DURING HIGH IMPACT NEWS RELEASE, THIS BECOMES IRRELEVANT.

AS I POSTED EARLIER, IF DOW JONES RISE AFTER NFP, GOLD FALLS. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS.

AFTER NFP NEWS RELEASE, I DID A BIT OF SCALPING M15 TF USING 10.4 TEMPLATE BUT USING M15 CSS.

WHEN RSI IS OS AND CSS TURNS GREEN CANDLE CLOSED, BUY. SL 2 CANDLES BELOW, TP NEXT DP LINE.
