Holy Hot thanks to the HGI team for this great work. So good to see you guys achieve this after so much work. Renexxxxx It would be Holy Hot if we could have an alert system with HGI Matrix. We could monitor all pairs on two timeframes when the fast timeframe fires in conjunction with higher timeframe signal bingo winning trade. With your Matrix it could ring a bell when these sweet spots appear. Who needs a better a system than this. Trade H1 in sync with H4 - looking good to me. Not sure if I understand what you're suggesting. On the current candle, HGI signals are firing and disappearing all the time. The more frequent we are polling the HGI-indicator, the faster these signals can appear and disappear. It would be a coincidence if we got the same signal at the same time on a H1 HGI-Indicator as on a H4 HGI-Indicator, at which moment we can ring a bell. However a next moment that condition might no longer hold. On the other hand, if you suggest to look at the closed candle (i.e. H1[1] and H4[1]) than you can get a bell every hour (when the H1[1] signal coincides with the H4[1] signal) |

We have to use closed candles as the current signal can appear and disappear over and over on the open candle. |

Ok apologies for not being clear. All I was really meaning to suggest was that HGI Matrix had an alarm to alert when a new signal appears. Obviously this could be used in many ways. What I would do is start trading a pair if a trend signal showed up on the H4 especially with PA that looked good and a TMA signal had previously fired as Bob has pointed out. Then I would follow the signals on H1 and trade. So just a simple alarm for HGI matrix was what I was on about. Options for the different signals would be nice but not essential. While I am here I should say a big thanks for making HGI Matix - a very valuable tool if put to use trading. |
