You can do that inside your Empty4. I used to have mine do Star Ttek noises. Go onto the sound section and change the wavs.

Bob,

Is it possible to add a dimly vertical line in the CSSD Indy that represent a time period to show how a pair travel in a given period?

Thanks,

Haggadah.
Haggadah,

Not sure what you are asking, but do you mean like the attached picture?
Check the box on "show period separators" (F8 for the little menu) and this is what you get.

Everything up to H1 gives the daily period, H4 gives weekly, D1 gives monthly and W1 gives yearly periode.
.

Thank You.

If you haven't done so yet, grab the newest 2.0 version from post #1 here http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... =88&t=4888. Then you simply drop it on the pair you want to analyze. Set 'weighOnlySymbolsOnChart' to true (Super CSS) or false (CSSv3.8) , and set 'showOnlySymbolsOnChart' to true. Now you can scroll through history and visually see how CSS performs.

I drop a vertical line on the start and end points I wish to analyze.

Hope this helps,

Gary
Gary,

I love this one. One thing that I noticed though on the Currency COLOR CODING i.e. EUR USD currency symbol which is DeepSkyBlue and Red. These color coding no longer appearing.

Also when the indicator is use twice, true and false for the weightonlysymbolonchart, there is a problem with the texts, the texts were migrating overlapping the others.

Edit/Addition:

On Showonlysymbolonchart=false in conjunction with wightonlysymbolonChart=false, suggests a HOT KEY to a default chart by clicking the lines (ex: ALT+EUR+USD) could be a nice feature.

Thank you.

I think I've isolated the issue with multiple css indis on the same chart, need to test it a bit more to be sure.

Regarding text overlap, check out this post http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... 46#p145646.

I'm still learning about 'chart events' so I added your request to my to-do list, good suggestion.

You might also add this one in your to-do list: on the Number of Time Frame to display (3) like H1/H4/M30 - the numbers display below these TF, ie -2.1; -3.1; -1.9, suggests an arrows be placed besides these numbers pointing up or down when the number is moving away from 0. You will find such features in one of Baluda's indicator (Slope Strength).

Thank you.

Kind of disappointed no one tried to post CSS the last 3 weeks while I was off. Did see some posting of good trades though so that was good. But I'm back and here are my predictions for the week. Easy chart to read for the start of the week.

EUR, CHF-- both are strong up and should be buys against the rest of the field.
GBP, USD -- both hanging at the -20 line and sort of angling up look for buys on them against the Asian pairs
AUD, JPY, NZD, CAD--Asian and Commodity pairs all angling strong down. Look for opportunity to sell these crosses as they head down. NZD possible has bottomed out but its the weakest for now.

Only 2 days left to help my son with his game project. If you can help that would be great.

Normally you'll use CSS D1 with HGI on lower TF. Why do you use H4 for today ?
Also I want to ask some question. Since I trade only from D1, what is the best way to use CSS with HGI ?

Thanks in advance.

I've been using the four hour chart for about two months now. The market has been very tight ranging for quite a while. If you look at the daily chart all the lines are between the 20 lines makes it very difficult to read or predict.
All times are UTC Page 26 of 35
