That will put another barrier in the way for an overseas broker to spend big to recover a small negative account. think about it and i think you will agree - binary is gambling. if you must trade options, then use the normal futures/options contracts, not binary. and if you lose your whole stake, get back up, dust off and start over. no matter what you say, these black swans - dropping 1500 to 2000 pips - only occur rarely. and several brokers, blogs, Dukascopy for one, warned the CHF unhook was coming months before. Thank you for your comments. I must agree with most of them. For me personally I have a no problems with my broker or payments in my own country. But like you said I can see problems for people dealing with a overseas market maker broker that have little experience in the field. So I think it would be wise not to start a thread on the subject. Hi,
I have read (and re-read) this forum with great interest and wondered if it was possible for a simpler explanation to be given for the system put forward please?

E.G. Here's the list of indicators you require with the settings without having to look on other forums along with when to take what signal as it's all very confusing.

I downloaded (after reading the forum posts) the HGI v15.08 indicator and installed it.
I then downloaded the MTF Hurst Target v1b.mq4 and HGI_Hurst.rar and installed these also.

I'm sorry for asking such a numpty query but, as an admirer of the work produced here, I find that some of the forum detail very confusing and especially which indicator signals to use.

And of course you took the whole thread completely out of context. Pedro is modeling Hurst charts on specific time periods. The TMA worked to do the model. That is all. Yes I was wrong about the usefulness of using TMA on smaller time periods but that is not what the thread is about.

I do not go below 60 minutes on any of my templates with the Hurst Model. TMA is a tool to do the Hurst model. Pedro's contribution is just fine for that.

Thanks so much for the MTF Hurst Target indicator. Me a noob here.

Can I ask for a simple request? Can we set the MTF Hurst Target to hv the ability to set off alarm or notification whenever the triangle or arrow appears or changes position? Message should show 'New or MTF Hurst Target positioned at whatever TF with pipcount". Would that be possible?

I use Hgi (see the way h4), and Used N.B 10.6 as well, (stoch down and price gone touch pivot daily, same set up for eu)

Direction is correct and hopefully you will do ok on this entry... personally I am waiting for H1 to also lineup before entering on H4... there should be a bit of a retrace and then I will enter and post when I do.

Had a little holiday to get some sunshine following my last day of work. Now to trading...


For those that have asked and are interested I am attaching my current template and indicators. I am demo only with this as still testing but confident enough to post in order to share and stimulate any discussion :)


I have now limited my use of HGI to the range and trend wavy and use the HGI Matrix to alert each new wavy signal on the pairs I trade.


I consider either wavy a signal to look for trades on that pair (not a signal to enter).


I then look for the following to enter:

Current Hurst Cycle red for shorts (5TMA centerline above 10) or blue for longs (5TMA centerline below 10)

DL MACD Hurst red for shorts (5TMA centerline has moved closer to 10) or blue for longs (5TMA cennterline has moved away from 10)

Current price must be above 5TMA centerline for shorts, below for longs:
1st entry around here (50% of position) - check lower timeframe for precision entry.

Confirmed break of TDMTL trendline:
2nd entry around here (50% of position) - check lower timeframe for precision entry.

I avoid using SL and aim to trade setups on D1, H4 and H1 to provide an element of natural hedging if my first entry is too early on higher timeframe (assuming the conditions for entry remain .. If something is changing and it no longer feels right I would just get out).

My rules for last exit are simply the opposite of entry. Alternatively Hurst target could be used or xx.100 line or other major SR or halway through a session etc etc.. My posts will focus more on trade entry as if we get this right there are plenty of options to exit in profit but never later than the next signal to reverse.

This strategy could be an almost always-in strategy on each pair so trade small and demo only to get the feel please.

I will post some charts to provide examples .. look forwards to comments.
