Personally, I use one higher TF to gauge the overall currency Trend, so in your case, it would be W1. I also use one lower TF to gauge more accurate entry and exit points, so in your case it would be H4.

We talked a lot about how to enter, but you rarely talk about how to exit. I would like to know how do you use your mobile phone to exit trades.Or use other methods?

There are lots of methods for exit, that is why you won't find it discussed at length here....

You can use support/resistance bands, xx.000 lines, TP pips, CSS transition, HGI wavy lines, when the moon blocks the sun, etc. There are literally a million methods and it's up to your preference and risk tolerance.

I preferred to take profits 2 to 4 hours into a trading session. That is usually when a price movement hits its peak for that session.
