Ah ok thanks guys, I've never really been much one for entering on retracements (mainly because I didn't know) so I always got hammered when entering. Pitty I didn't see it back when the big move came, but I'm sure there will be more.

This is a basic forex concept. How long have you been playing around with forex for? I suggest reading through the babypips.com course. Its got some great ideas on it.

If you do both of these things, there is a vague, dim chance you will not blow the same number of live trading accounts the rest of us have blown. You probably will still blow a few, but at least you will start to understand why.

If someone wants to make an EA that allows me to input which pairs I'm trading and then calculates the average daily range for all of them I could use that in my research too.

Why not just run Average True Range on a D1 chart? It would only show one pair at a time, but I assume it's not critical to see them all at once.

This is the best I have found, have it on every chart but not every time frame. Works well with daily pivots, you can see if it is probable for price to meet them etc....

It is dynamic, that means, it adjust the Daily High and Daily Low depending on where price is going.

In this picture, if price continues down, the Daily Low line will not move as it is fixed by the high made so far.

The Daily High line will move down until it meets the high of the day, then both lines turn red and are fixed.

Try it, you will see what I mean, hope you like it.

Auzzie has been hoovering in that zone for a while. The CSSDiff also shows that the BUYING is running out of steam, and also about to cross over 0 line. There is also divergence on price vs RSI.

Is AU gonna give a final bull before the bear takes over? Or Au gonna slowly slip down soon?

Took buy AUDCHF and sell EURAUD and GBPAUD just after LO and closed each manually after watching the price action and also hitting/very close to the ADR (thanx for that tip The_Snowman). Decided to get them out before the news and made 113 pips so very happy with that.

ADR is a good idea for TP / exits but I will introduce something new here for re-entry which seems to be an issue too when we are not around to ride the trend or for some other reason/s.
The indi is called Sinewave. They tend to give good re-entry points on H1 or even H4. So if missed the bus go to H1 to re-enter using this indi. It gives S and R lines so if want to short look for retrace till white line (R) or break of Red line (S). Let me know if want to play with that one and confirm if that is useful.

You might want to check out the Spoos with NB10.2.

It really likes to react at weekly S1/R1 and weekly piv........... VERY rarely goes outside S1/R1........
