My favourite pairs the past week were the Aussie and the Kiwi.

With the Chinese economy still faltering, both were being sold off after each retracement. So, one can keep doing this over and over again, so long as the down trend persists.

Slipshod's indi is a masterpiece, and these days, I will not trade without it. IT IS SO VISUAL. At one glance, you can see where the next setup is. Wait for RSI to pin against the top or bottom and where it is relative to 240ma, then set your pending orders.

HOW MUCH MORE SIMPLE CAN YOU GET ! Learn the basics from BabyPips.com, add Bob's 10.4, then your future in forex is assured. Ah yes, use proper MM (see Bob's regime -- 5 cents/$1000 account). Money management is crucial. You are going to get losers as well as winners whatever methods you use, and we can never be sure in what sequence they will occur. Therefore, you must trade in a lot size that will withstand the drawdown, so that you will still be there to pick up the winners.

Bob's 10.4 is better than any system that you could pay a couple of thousand pounds for over the internet, and it is FREE !

Both the Pound and the Euro are in an uptrend.

GBPUSD failed to close above key resistance 1.5605 this week. I will be waiting for retracement next week and buy from support , when RSI is pinned to the bottom/stochs oversold.

Same thing with EURUSD which failed to close above key resistance around 1.3250. So, I will wait for retracement and buy from support as well.

Note that I have set the RSI to H1 time frame on a H4 chart. If you are using H1CSS filter, wait for CSS to turn to gold before setting your pending orders. I tend to set my pendings at resistance_lo/support_hi, ignoring the CSS.

The tiny Genesis matrix dashboard at the top left hand corner helps me to see what is happening in the other time frames. You can find it at FF.

More woes for the Chinese economy which could put pressure on the Down Under currencies next week.

GBPJPY and EURJPY have retraced their steps on Friday after their big fall the day before, setting up for a short sometime next week. The same goes for USDJPY..

Same setups as before, price below 240ma, RSI pegged at the top, boucing off SR/pivot,etc

I am always weary of BOJ intervention when I trade the yen pairs, so would not leave any open positions during the asian session while I am in bed in the UK. During the day, I would be on the look out for any up coming speeches by Mr Abe or Kuroda because they could easily spoil the party.

In the long run, the yen is likely to weaken, but for now, the Fed is determined to maintain a weak dollar to protect jobs in the US.

For the coming week, if you are not able to trade real time, I think Steve's GDAY MK2 ea could come in handy on H4 time frame.

The consensus is for GJ, EJ and UJ to range, so set to buy and sell.

GBP pairs and EURO pairs -- set to buy only.

AU and NU -- set to sell only.

If you are trading Bob's 10.4, there is a script to send you an email alert or notification to your iphone/android device when the H1 CSS shows a cross, and also to close open/pending orders when the H1 CSS reverses.

The nikkei rose overnight on the back of better than expected GDP numbers and playing catch up from the Dow rally last friday , bringing with it all the yen pairs. However, it stalled at WR1 and there is strong resistance above. H4 RSI pinned to the top, so waiting to sell along with the yen pairs. I have set my gday ea to sell only H4 TF.

Very few trades today. If we have learned anything last week, it is to stick to the rules.

NO SETUP = NO TRADES.

BEND THE RULES = DISASTER.
