Hello, If any member can help me this set file of Desky which does not "close all open trades at this cash loss" = - 150 . I have used it in 4 different fresh emtpy4 setups and tested this set file in the last 4 Desky versions but still it does not close all open trades. The setup is pretty simple, it takes 15 pips as TP and closes all when loss is -150 . What am i doing wrong?  Thank you! |

Sometimes it's not the set file. Try this. 1. Disable AutoTrading 2. Tools -> Global Variables -> delete everything 3. Close Empty4 4. Open and enable AutoTrading If it still doesn't work 5. Do the above and setup the templates again |

Have done those for the past days in each platform. Other Desky setups with no TP are working ok with close - 150. Only this particular one which has TP does not close the order thats why im stuck. |

I am not sure which field to use. Just an example below. On a LONG trade and I want to exit with RSI +60 and on a SHORT trade andI want to exit with RSI -60. I am not using RSI for any entry. Here's what I have so far: ExcludeFromSoloSignals: RSI ForceExitOnOppositeSignals or ForceExitonDisagreeSignals?: I am stuck on this. It's not really an opposite signal as I want it to reach RSI +60 to close a BUY trade. Maybe there's similar to "ForceExitOnAgreeSignals" Or just set Desky ForceCloseOnExitSignal to true? |

Hi. Given that: - RSI generates a LONG signal above +60, a SHORT signal below -60, else a FLAT signal To exit trades on a FLAT RSI signal (i.e. RSI below +60 for a LONG trade), add it to: - VetoOnDisagreeSignals - ForceExitOnDisagreeSignals To exit on a directional signal (i.e RSI above +60 for a LONG trade), add it to: - InvertIncomingSignals - VetoOnOppositeSignals - ForceExitOnOppositeSignals BTW you could also use UBD to generate an inverted RSI signal. Thank you. I haven't used it yet but I am able to understand the logic a lot better. This is amazing piece of Empty4 code. I've been testing and tweaking various entry strategies past week without knowing a line of programming. |

Hello everyone, Someone please explain to me how I can trail all grid trades from one pair with a fixed number of pips. Seems like the Trailing Stop function is not responding on my side, I have tried complex offsetting too and it's not closing all trades. The basket trailing stop available for a single pair is in cash and not pips. I have tried my best and only I would also suggest an offsetting option maybe called Total Single Sided Offsetting whereby all the trades are closed when the market retraces to the second highest buy in case of buys or second lowest sell in case of sells. I think this would be a great way to deal with the market before it retraces and takes away much of what's already on the table. Thanks in advance. Regards Cayrema |

Good morning everyone, I'm new here on the forum, but I've read and learned a lot (thanks Steve for the welcome notes). I don't think this is confusing with TDesk, because I can understand more or less difficulty how it works and the applied strategy, a great tool and its mentors are to be congratulated, it takes people with great and altruistic skills to share :youknow: . My programming skills in Empty4 are limited, I work well with the program as a user, I am more a person of numbers and a worship of statistics. I am having a hard time and I don't think the only one is the same problem, TP works well for the values I set, but SL doesn't react, I can't understand why, resulting in significant losses compared to profits. I have already installed empty4 on several machines and the result is the same. Sorry if something is missing from me (maybe a file?), But I need to be corrected if I'm doing some nonsense. Hi RMSSC, TDesk does not manage your trades for you. It merely sends signals to the desky drone "TDesk trading partner EA". So if you want to set a stop loss you must do so in the "Trading partner EA" under your "trade exit strategies" input field. Hope it clarifies. Cheers Leon |
