Effluvium, The small 'p' is the Price. It indicates where Price is compared to the daily, weekly and monthly pivots. It has no effect on the number of '+' however. Paul |

Hi, Baluda: I am sorry that I have not gone thru all posts in this thread. I'd just try to get one thing clear. The slope strength indi calculate "repainting" TMA slope values, but the currency slope strength indi 's "ignore future true" will calculate "non-repainting" TMA slope values. nothing bad, just try to make sure. thanks a lot. |

Char how can you expect to have a thorough understanding of the way the indicators and systems work if you won't go and read through the entire thread? I recommend you do. I'll answer your question this time because you are new but in future don't be lazy The current/real time TMA values are the same if IgnoreFuture is set to true or false. |

thanks, Jemb. i've read the code. if 'ignorefuture = true', the TMA value is 21 LWMA 's value instead of TMA traditional value if 'ignorefuture = false'. are you sure they are same? the slope value would be "TMA(0) - TMA(1) / ATR", now if the TMA(0) is different by 'ignorefuture', isn't that slope value also will be different, won't it?

TMA = Triangular Moving Average. It uses a triangular-weighted average, centered on the current bar. That means it looks into the past and the future. The "realtime bar" behavior of the TMA code is to chop off the right side of the triangle, since that part is in the future. Chop off the right side of the TMA and you have a LWMA. Use the LWMA on historic bars and you will have the same value on bar X that bar X would have shown in realtime. |

Hi Paul, I have attached mpbm to a chart to manage my manual trades and have it set for AdaptiveTP 25 pips, I have 2 trades open currently sitting at approx +60 pips and mpbm has not closed the trades. Looking at iexposure, tickets the high water mark is 69 pips. Has the EA closed trades correctly for you? |

Paul, thanks very much for all the awesome indies. just wondering if theres is tiny chance you could implement manage by comment function into your MPBM? would be very useful for putting the trades for basket manually. thanks for considering, |

From what I saw (at my end at least) it closes trades (SL/TP) on 4h bar close |
