Hi all,

Question to Bob or Bob's method frequent trader about add-ins & SL placement.

Here on the NZDUSD long I took this morning. Where should be the next buy lvl and if triggered, where should I place my stop ?

Based on the rules, it should at point (2) at the weekly mid resistance (0.8494), I think.

And to correctly setup my risk %, I need to know where I should set my stoploss for the second long ?
1- again below the 240MA ?
2- In the middle between entry 1 and second buy lvl (around 8470) to have a BE if it falls ?

Thanks,
Lio

IhDT brings up a point, about the new stop loss. It's supposed to be at BE, isn't it?

Yes, Bob has a BE indicator on the Info window, but there may be a better way. The Beast had an indicator that showed BE, as a blue line, but I think it was integrated onto the EA. Anyone have that as a standalone? I think it would be really useful with 10.4.

I presume indeed the first order SL should be placed at BE for the first order but my question is for the second order.
Where should I place it ? At inital 240, which is lower than the first order SL (at BE), or same as the first order SL (so BE), or in the middle between the two orders to get a guaranteed no-loss order.
Anyway, that SL should be known before opening the second trade to be able to calculate lot allocation.

Hello,

@ lhDT : Your first buy is OK and the sl is below 240. Fine. As soon as you enter second buy at WMR1, your sl for the first order will move up above the first buy and sl for the second order will again be at the same place as the sl for the first, i.e midway of the two orders. That way you'll have a BE situation for both combined. Hope that's clear.

Hi Guys,

Just working though this system and it seems like at least 5 pairs are setting up for trades within the next 24 hours, so it's going to be interesting...

I placed a pending short trade on the GBPAUD (See below) and just looking for confirmation that my entry looks good and is consistent with the 10.4 strategy...!
GBPAUD Trade Pic-2 19-2-2013.jpg
Basically, price below 240 MA, RSI is flat and AO is the only concern....I think ideally we need this above zero from what i understand...Although i also understand you don't need both indicators for an entry...

I have placed my sell below mid pivot and I'm targeting Weekly Sup1

Any feedback welcome....

Regards
Wiggy

****Update (01:05 GMT) I have been entered short at .04198*****
