Greetings, Danyblu! I have three great pieces of trading advice. Listen to Leon, Listen to Leon and Listen to Leon. If he is taking the time to say something, you have an opportunity to learn.

I've attached Bob's 10.9 Pivot Boxes indi. I like using it when I trade on short timeframes. I'm in the U.S., so I'm usually jumping on a couple of hours into the London session. I only get a chance to take a very quick glance at a screen from time to time, so I check the news to see if anything big is happening, then I usually pick one pair to put on my screen for the morning. So I'm generally trading over 4-6 hours.

I actually trade more regularly on the daily timeframe with HGI, but you have to be really patient. I like to watch and wait for EURJPY to get into a trend. lol, sometimes it takes months to get there, but once it does, it can go for a really long time. I started buying on this pair in late January when HGI gave a buy signal after a pullback, and it just keeps paying dividends.

HGI is really a great tool, helped me a lot in trading, hopefully it will be continued, good wishs to Nanningbob.

I did not realise that the expiry was hurtling towards us. I have emailed Tomasso to ask for the source codes.

I have been respecting Tomasso's desire to be left alone to battle his illness and so do not know if he is able to respond. If not, I will ask Bob.

If all else fails, I have the source code for 16.05 and hgi_lib, so we will not be left with nothing.

Thank you for all the flowers, much appreciated. I have deleted them now to keep this thread readable. My only contribution was to update the expiry. The real thanks belong to Bob, Elixe, Baluda and Tommaso.

Your 'only' contribution to HGI may be to update the expiration, but never underestimate your contribution to SHF.

SHF would not be the place it is without you. Never forget that.

Dang! This thread is still running. 6+ years and seems to be the ultimate creation. I'll have to check it out again.
