With all due respect, I did mention in my question that, yes, I have been to 10.7 thread, post #1 and download the files.

However, there are only 2 templates included and they do not look like the charts I see here on 10.9

Perhaps, with the update, since the first posting, they may have been forgotten?

Anyway, I didn't think it is such a huge impost for someone to help out and post a template, but I guess if it is too much trouble, I shall wait for 10.10.

Here is a picture of the files downloaded, hope that helps you to understand my predicament.

I don't think anyone on this thread is using a standard template - they have just adapted one of the ones you have as they see fit/to suite their needs. I don't think you'll see anyone posting exactly the same chart setup.

The attached is the closest I have John. It may use out of date indi's though so I have attached the versions it uses as well - you can then load and replace with the later ones. They may be up to date I am just not sure as I don't use any of these now.

The 240 LWMA isn't on this one.

Just trying to figure out how to read the darn Stoch - watching GBP-USD today, Green line has flipped from bottom to top?

Green represent Weekly right? And Red is the Daily?

And Blue is for current time frame, also daily for 10.9?

Anyone has analysis for GBP-USD to share for last 2 days trading this week?

In the standard settings, green is monthly and red is weekly. Daily would be yellow on lower TF.
Blue is indeed the current TF.

GBPUSD is flat the last 2 days, probably on hold for tomorrows news.
The profit is found at the CAD-pairs at the moment in my opinion.

Hey John,

I didn't knew it in the beginning also :)

You have to know one thing
red = weekly open
green = monthly monthly open
Yellow = daily open

As soon as it flips for example the weekly (red) it crosses the the week open

I have just been taking daily trades only keeping half an eye on them but I am beginning to think I should take them a lot more seriously. This is some pretty decent returns that I am sure I could have improved on, given a bit more attention (especially w.r.t. DD).

I am pretty much using the same set up as Gertje I think - 50 period TMA (daily and weekly but daily is the key one) with crossing of 90/70/30/10 Stoch lines and then I look at the weekly open as a key S/R area. I don't use the actual Daily/Weekly stoch on this setup as I have the weekly line and you can see where price is relative to it very easily.

One change I did make was I use the standard stoch but instead of the 7,2,2 setting I use 14,3,3 - as we don't need to worry too much about timing on the daily (the moves you are aiming for are pretty big) the 14,3,3 just provides less false signals but is obviously a bit slower.

I have tried stacking trades but I am not sure whether I will continue as I am not sure I am good enough at it to merit the risk live so perhaps shouldn't do it on demo.

These are the results so far.

I went to page 1 post 1 of the 10.7 thread. I downloaded the folder and I found the 10.9/10.7 indicator and 10.9 templates inside the folder.

Thanks Bob and others that PM me. Got everything where it needs to go now I think.

Here is a chart for discussion; seems to be the only thing I can find where the Stoch is right and trend is correct.

Hasn't broken the DeMark trendline but will break a steeper line soon (not shown)

Anyone consider trading this; is this what a daily set up should look like?
