Is it possible for a PDF Manual (like Bob did with HGI) that gives a basic idea of how to use this matrix. 1st prize would be if someone experienced (like AL) could give a basic idea of how to interpret signals and may be show some trade examples. I know this is asking for a lot but I think I speak for a lot of the less-experienced traders that would love to get to grips with this Matrix in 2015.

To fill your request, it is better to ask someone successfull with HGIMAtrix to record some Youtube videos trainings and resuming his tradings in the light of Matrix's signals

Hi Al, Gertje--and any other of the more experienced HG traders.

Could you perhaps give some insights as to how you apply the Matrix in your trading?

Will be much appreciated,
Thanks

Pooler,

1- Matrix gives the signal (H4).

2- I open the relevant chart and analyze a higher time frame (D1). If the signal is supported by it, I place the trade. If it isn´t I wait for another signal,

I only take Trend Arrows and Blue Wavies as possible trading signals. I use opposite Range arrows and wavies on the opposite side for exiting the trade.

Rads are nice to keep you in the trade and not exit prematurely.

Nothing special... the trading method to follow is as described by Bob in the HGI thread.

@alorente

Do you think that your are getting enough pips with this method or do you think you miss too much entries?

I am testing HGI in another account. It is still early to judge the results, but I still use Extreme TMA in my main account. Both systems reinforce each other well.

thanks for this rene! well done!

it might be useful to note the possible timeframes in there too, just for reference.

Alorente,

for those who are not great experts, would you mind explaining a little bit more what do you mean by "If the signal is supported by it" in term of charts, indicators and maybe "tricks" you have ?

You said that you use opposite Range arrows to close the trade. Do you consider that ranging periods are the safest place to do that ?(and maybe the probable following move would be in the opposite direction), or do you prefer waiting the wave signal to confirm that it's time to close the trade ?

Notice that a Range opposite arrow, could be quickly followed by its opposite Range arrow (in the same direction than initial Trade).

1- The D1 chart must have an arrow or wavy of the same direction as the H4 signal

2- Example, if I am long due to a Trend arrow or blue wavy signal and I get a red range arrow or bear wavy, I exit and look for other opportunities elsewhere..

Thanks Al,

" red range arrow or bear wavy" you refer to which makes you close the trade--is that on the 4hr or do you wait for the daily to change as well.

For eg...Up (Trend) Thick green arrow on EURUSD 4h chart--(If daily is the same then you're buying....obviously).

Do you exit the trade when " red range arrow or bear wavy" show on 4hr chart or do you wait till it shows on Daily chart as well?
