My trading strategy for today will use the 10.5 more than the 10.4.

All xxx/jpy pairs I place pending buys above the last high from the last spike. With 10.5 I place a pending buy on the DS line below and 1 or 2 more above depending on distance. The weekly lines are absurd some being 200 pips apart so I am using daily pivot/S/R lines. This applies only to JPY crosses.

All euro pairs. I dont believe in the spike off of the NFP news crossing the 240 line to be solid so I am going to treat them like they are still below 240 line. You will find on most of them the daily pivot is just beneath the 240 line so I am playing eur/aud, eur/cad, eur/nzd, eur/usd to cross the daily pivot back down as sells today. Now if they bounce up and show new direction in the trend I may change my mind but today, I will play them as sells. Set your SL above the DR1 and go for a decent move down to DS1 or DS2. That is using 10.5 lines or go to WS1 on 4H chart. But I am setting my entrances off of the daily pivot from 10.5 chart on the daily.

I am not sure what to think of GBP which has moved to the top along with NZD on the CSS. Maybe playing it later this week as the strongest currency. That would be a switch.

CAD,AUD, USD, no comment. Not sure if I will trade any of them early this week unless crossed with JPY. That is my early week strategy for now. NZD buy on nzd/chf and a big big maybe on nzd/usd.

Looks like EURNZD has an actual 10.4 setup I placed a pending just below the WP

Bob, I have been using 10.4 with great success. I am new to 10.5 however and I'm not sure about your strategy today using 10.5. Specifically your pending buys on the JPY pairs on the DS line.below the last spike. Can you please explain further? Have you changed the visualization on the 10.5 indicator window to include daily pivots? Like many others, I am very appreciative of all you have done and shared with us regarding this system.

You are just using the daily pivots/S/R instead of the weekly on some pairs. It is a situation system. For example because of last weeks moves on the JPY the lines are very far apart for the weekly. So you can use daily lines instead if the market doesnt move as much.

You can also use them when price is ranging and there are smaller moves.

I also am using them on some Euros because the daily pivot would make a good cross back into the DT. If they dont DT then there will be no entrance. When news stories hit and mess up using the Weekly pivot lines then 10.5 daily lines can be used instead. Same idea as 10.4 just use daily lines instead of weekly lines.

Bob, how are you playing this, as none of the JPY pairs have a 10.4 entry....The RSI on all charts is showing over sold on JPY......so a pull back is due you would think...
