Hi George, Steve coded the EA here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=328. After running ti a couple of hours, I have some questions as I can not read code... :oops:

1. CJ seems to give some weird values of over a thousand pips in H1. After a couple of minutes, it corrects itself....

2. For relative time period (eg 60 min) - how often is this updated, every tick (eg every tick, go back 50 minutes and recalculate)? Or do you hold the relevant entry time constant for said 50 minutes?

3. For the use in the EA, would it be possible to code this in such a manner that the inital entry point of indicator pairs is kept constant for the duration of tf traded, eg. for H1 relative period, on the hour every hour, go back t-60, and keep entry time constant for calculation purposes? We could use absolute time but would have to manually update every hour... (Re-reading this it sounds awfull, but words fail me...lol)

Do you mean CJ in the indicator or the EA?

The values update every tick, and the start bar updates every new 1 minute bar.

The EA does not use the indicator, Steve just extracted some code and improved it. The indicator isn't useful for an EA since it doesn't do anything but draw objects on the screen.

Regarding the formula the most important is the 0 digit center line.

For example : the most the buyers are in positive profit or are far from 0 and the most the sellers are in negative or in losses and are far from 0, the strongest the LONG trend is !

Last thing, because I respect the copyright, could you allow me to change the currencies list or if not allowed, could you make this change for me as 14 pairs is too much :

Buys:
AUDUSD
NZDUSD
EURGBP
EURUSD
GBPUSD
Sells:
USDJPY
NZDJPY
EURJPY
GBPJPY
AUDJPY

The currencies are options in the indicator, so you can change them when you put the indicator on your chart and save it as a template. Once the requests start slowing down ( ;) ) feel free to edit the code and change the options so that you don't have to update each time you drop it on a chart.

YES but could it be possible to color the current sum corresponding to the buyers and the sellers ?

In your example, +19.88 in GREEN because of corresponding of the buyers and -22.68 in RED because of corresponding of the sellers.

For my others friends traders, it would be nice to keep the strong/weak long/short notation. like this:

Long Strong (19.88/-22.68)

If I may:

1) We don't need to separate profits and losses by this horizontal line because of the color settings available now (check below the attachments).

2) I get the 5 indicators on the same graph and when I open Empty4, it doesn't run correctly as if ticks don't feed Empty4. I mean that digits don't move at all and keep all the same 0 value. Does it mean that 5 indicators on the same chart is too much ?

3) Last thing regarding the "NormalizeLotSize parameter", if "False" does it mean that each pairs indicate it's true pip/lot value (because money is better as pips are misleading) ?

2) The picture doesn't show all zeros, so I'm not sure what you mean. The indicator would not prevent ticks from coming in. I have had five on my chart at once, there is a picture of it earlier.

3) If NormalizeLotSize=false then the indicator simulates entering a trade with lot size = Lots (default 0.01). It then displays the P/L based on the pip movement, lot size and tick-value for that currency.
