GBPCAD - BOVB & DBLHC There are 2 trade setups on this chart, first trade BOVB... Sell trade taken at 1.57272, price moved +98 pips FIBS: price didn't retrace to the fib, so no trade would have been taken 2nd trade DBLHC... Buy trade taken at 1.56984, price moved + 197 pips FIBS: price didn't retrace back to the fib, so no trade taken |

Mike, I don't really have a formalised exit strategy as such just yet, but really just wanting to watch the trades for now... With that being said, I have taken to attaching mptm, using BE +5 at 30 pips and jumping stop 20 so I can see how that goes with capturing profit. As for stop loss, I'm not setting one at this point in time |

I didn't get a chance to check the chart for this trade, but just checked now and a buy trade would have been successful with price moving up around 400 pips. |

Pin Bars Below is the first chart and notes J16 posted about Pin Bars. The way J16 trades the Pin Bar in these examples are as trend reversal trades. (Make sure you read the explanation James has put on the chart) I will also post some current charts from my own demo to further help with the visualisation of a Pin Bar set up according to James |

Here are a few charts where I have spotted Pin Bars that appear to fit James16 rules USDJPY SELL - Looking at the candle before and after the pin, we have a protrusion out of traffic with the close of the first candle and the open of the 3rd candle in close proximity to the open/close of the pin bar. The 3rd candle only just took out the close of the pinbar. Sell trade taken at the open of the next candle. AUDNZD Sell AUDCHF Sell - 3 potential trades on this chart, all sells, all would have been profitable GBPAUD Buy GBPCAD Buy GBPNZD Buy & Sell - 2 trades |
