Thanks Steve...the EA is going great
There's not lots of trades, but the trades being taken so far have been very good.

How is your demo looking?

How is your demo looking?
Poor. The few trades the EA takes are not usually winners. The only reason this is still on my demo is it does not eat any appreciable processing power.

Hmmm...that's not my experience, as I mentioned above, whilst the EA hasn't taken a lot of trades, the results have been quite positive.
Based on what I have seen so far, the EA is very promising and I hope you can find the time to continue coding it... please :D

The trades below have been taken with only the BOVB (TML was added about a week later and hasn't taken any trades yet), DBHLC added this morning, so the EA is still in its infancy.

As far as I can tell all trades that should have been taken, have been taken including TML (I haven't seen an eligible setup for TML yet)...waiting to see if DBHLC trades correctly still.

My results so far are:

7 trades + 159 pips (and potentially could have been 219 pips) demo started on 28th Feb, so 2 weeks trading - this has been with virtually no trade management on the first 4 trades, then I started attaching mptm to manage the trade exit using BE+ 2 at 30 pips & JS 20 pips.

1 trade open which is currently +47 pips (with 20 pips locked in)

I think trading appropriate lot sizes to balance and using good trade management, this EA could provide some very worthwhile profits.

Trades taken are:
NZDUSD (BOVB) Buy - 24.8 pips
AUDUSD (BOVB) Buy + 57.4 pips (price actually went up to +96 pips, so mptm would have locked in another 20 or so pips profit)
GBPUSD (BOVB) Buy + 24.3 pips (price went up +88 pips, again mptm would have locked in at least another 40 pips profit)
AUDCAD (BOVB) Buy - 37.8 pips

This is where I started using MPTM for trade exits

EURJPY (BOVB) Buy + 60 pips
AUDCAD (BOVB) Sell + 40 pips
GBPUSD (DBHLC) Sell + 40 pips (I took this trade manually before this strategy was added to the EA)

Trades Currently Open
USDJPY (BOVB) Buy + 20 pips already locked in, trade is currently + 45 pips

i also think that this EA has some good potential. But as always, we need a good order management.
The approach of fxozgirl seems to do the trick for now. Let's wait for the new added trade engines to fire there first trades...
@fxozgirl: do you have a myfxbook link or do you keep posting your trades within the thread?

I have set up a myfxbook link, however when viewing the trade history you will need to ignore the TMHL trades as they were all taken due to a bloop in the EA when that strategy was first added & I just closed the trades (Steve has since fixed this).

USDCAD DBLHC - Potential set up

This is the first potential set up for the EA to take a dblhc trade, entry parameters are in line with the rules...just waiting for the new candle

Just started a james demo yesterday. a few closed trades for $12 loss, but 16 floating trades open for $45 profit. All pairs on H1. I just glanced at a few of his charts on ff and noticed he usually used higher timeframes. If H1 turns out to be to choppy i'll bump it up.
