It would be good if someone could come up with an indy that plots the crossover and the potential target with horizontal lines Eamonn. |

This is quite easy to get a good estimate just using the fib tool from cross to start of move and that gives you the target. The more I see of this the more I think it looks just as Pedro says... the icing on the cake!!! |

That is a neat idea using the fib indicator to plot from center line to start of run. The 200 line gives you the target. And on daily it appears very accurate. Thanks for that Pedro2 |

Another thought is that you could have a second line with 162 which deals with Fib. So get out of half position at 162. Stops to break even for the second half at say 195. That should be fairly bullet proof. Also I was surprised to see Shake dealing with 15m charts fairly easily using HGI and Hurst. If I am not mistaken there seemed to be a confidence in your trading shake? That is great. So it seems the bottom line is whether you like 5m or 1440m charts. There is something to suit everyone. But I feel the targets will be the most accurate on 240m and 1440m. Another thought came to mind is that a EA similar to Steve's MPTM but very much simpler and mainly looking at Hurst lines would make a good trade manager if someone has the coding skills. Anyway thanks everyone for you ideas and postings to this tread. I just keep learning. Have a good Xmas. Pedro |

Guys - over the past few days, I have been using the HGI to enter and then the Hurst chart (Fibonacci extension to 200) as a target. Results are uncanny and outstanding!! |

Hi Pedro I really like the look of this Tma centreline setup. How did you come to the settings of 5 and 11 and not 5, 10 for example ? Eamonn. |

I have noticed some movement happens in the cross, this morning on further extension of price, eurcad cross is nearly 30p higher than it was when I put the fib on last night! Also Pedro how do you handle it when there is no distinct cross but the two lines run on top of each other for quite some distance? A good example is the last move down on audnzd daily. Thanks again. Well I just relied on intuition and what felt right for me. Sure I did do some trial and error testing as well but in live trading I found that 5 and 11 worked out the best for me Eamonn. Pedro |

Cherry, you will get I cross I found and then as the price run progresses and the price gets a real good positive kick because of some news items. Then the cross can shift up some what if it is a buy. If that is the case then you can fib from center to the low again and that will alter your target or targets. If you are not around to see that movement of the cross move up a little then the worst that will happen is you will not get the full price run. As for the long AUDNZD daily run. Where you are not getting feedback from Hurst MA's. I would rely just about 100% on HGI. That particular price run showed absolutely no change in direction from HGI. So that is the way I would handle it. It seems to me that some traders are starting to rely more on Hurst than HGI. And there is nothing wrong with that. But do not forget to keep reading your HGI arrows etc. So hope that helps Cherry.? Pedro |
