I got the smallest package with 1 vCore 2,4 GHz, 2 GB RAM and 10 GB SSD for 3.49EUR a month.
I choosed archlinux, just installed sudo, x, wine, winetricks, Empty4, vncviewer and wingdings font, no need for a desktop environment for such a specific purpose. Connect vncviewer via ssh (local) as user. Runs pretty fast, didn't experience any lags. You basically use all ressources for Empty4/wine. The OS's sole purpose is to serve Empty4/wine. No need for a bloated 30GB windows hungry for ram and cpu power. In my eyes also a relatively safe option since such a compact Linux install is harder to attack. Also vncviewer via ssh (tunneling) means you'll get an encrypted connection.
Real noob with Linux but it's a nice cheap alternive, thank you :-)

At first I use AmazonEC2 free vps for a while.
it has 1cpu and 1GB Ram.
But its too slow for running several EAs.
always CPU 100%!

So I change paied service.
I use nodevps.
Also PeterUK recomended.
