This has turned into an interesting debate. Let's continue it here; I can always move it to its own thread further down the line.

Let's open it up beyond the scope I would normally allow.

The Brains around here are those who originally persuaded me not to ban the posting of setfiles.

What about the noobs? Why have you asked for a setfile? Because you are new and confused? Because you have failed repeatedly to make any money from Forex trading? Because you think that guys posting brilliant results must know more than you? Because you have the intellectual clout of lettuce and need someone else to do your thinking for you?

Hehe. I wonder how many will admit to that last one?

I do, without the needing others to do my thinking for me. Compared to the likes of Rene, Tommaso, Thomas, Bob et al, I am an intellectual pygmy. I know how it feels, guys.

I like to see others set files to see what they are doing and if they are doing anything unusual or different. Gertje's Peaky ideas were a good example. Sometimes I'll put them on a demo account and track them on fxblue and compare results with my own demos to see what is going on. Were they just lucky, are they being more aggressive, have they come up with some clever idea etc. I certainly wouldn't put someone else's set file on a live account just based on seeing the results they posted here.

The posted results for Slopey Peaky are impressive. Well done Mr. Hopwood and the others that have contributed to the coding of this EA.
I opened an account with FX VPS and got the server setup and the EA running by mid US session on Monday.

So the EA opens 3 pairs, all pending orders on Monday AUDNZD, CADJPY, EUR GBP. Since then no more orders, Zeljko works. I took out all the CHF pairs because of the SNB announcement on Thursday.

What I am wondering about is the deleting of open orders when the market turns. On Monday CADJPY has green arrows on SS and PK so a bunch of buystops are opened.
Tuesday, Asian open, the market has turned. The chart itself with the SuperSlope indicator now shows a red arrow, HtfSsDifferenceThreshold of 1. The Dashboard SS was showing a white X.
Wednesday, Asian open, Dashboard SS red arrow. As per the manual, I think the pending orders should now be deleted:

• Trade closure. Slopey Peaky Bob will:
◦ Close all market trades and delete all pending orders if Super Slope closes red.

This highlighted a bloop in the user guide. It should have been:

Have you tried showing all currency pairs in your Empty4's market watch?
Right click in market watch and select "show all".
