Here's my report for the last one week using M15 + H1/H4/D1 combination with 2 htf confirmations. This was a 1,000 usd demo account and am trading 0.1 lots just to see how it goes.

Here's my report for the last one week using M15 + H1/H4/D1 combination with 2 htf confirmations
Great results by the way.
At the time of your posting I was looking at my setup which ls also the same setup as yours. I have 32 trades compared to your 128 for the week. Of course using other inputs could make a difference ie take retrace trades set to true which mine is set to false and of course pip distance, mine set to 20pips and max trades allowed, mine set to 10. I am kinda curious how you managed 5544 pips for the week as opposed to my +-250 pips for the week.

Could you kindly elaborate.

I started the forward test on 15th. Only Trend Trades, max trades 3 n distance of 10 pips. Am also using a basket tp of 50 usd. The trades don't take long to get to tp. That could be the reason my EA is taking more trades. Today the bot has closed 4 baskets.

I will post the set file am using later when I get to my pc.

Thanks Forexdj,

Ok I can also now see why your profit targets are reached quicker. 10c lots as opposed to .01c lots will make a massive difference. I use a basket profit of 30 dollars on .01c so perhaps I can look at decreasing the basket take profit.

Hey

Can I just chime in here re: the 5544 pips count on the report. This has cropped up recently on a thread, I think on this forum. This is an issue with certain 5-digit brokers which causes an extra digit to be placed in the pips count. If you see the profit, which is £540 @ 0.1 lot, this translates to approximately 540 pips in the conventional sense of the term. So not such a relatively large disparity with your 250 pips.
