The large account is a demo

and I rely totally on fill the gap function for recovery. I have now started using Rene's Trade Chart which has shown some worrying behaviour I will post soon on this. I still think with some minor tinkering the EA can be improved further, I am now considering posting my setfile so I can get help achieving this.

or every $1000 in the account it should trade 0.01 but my problem is its taking trades of 0.09 and 0.1 with a balance of $8671 is this correct behaviour and its not waiting for a target of $86.71 which is 1% but the EA is banking varying amounts/day. . Why don't you keep on using the basket closure for your 1% target? Target is one thing but if it reaches the daily target it will stop trading for the day and why would you stop trading a multi-currency basket EA which has open trades?

I mean, when you think that recovery is enough and could not easily recover your position, it would be time to start the "Fill the Gap" process.. Does make sense ? Cheere Nicolas

The different trade sizes are calculated based on your equity so if equity goes down the lot size will go down too.

Another winning day and I thought I would show the trades without any manual interventions and any fiddling. I do actually have almost 2 months of data now but the results below are completely hands off and represent approx 1 month to date. This EA kinda reminds me of the CCfp indicator I saw in FF last year and been using, but I've just downloaded this now and still about to see and test myself if they have similar suggested pairs to trade, and where they differ exactly if ever (aside from time of entry and TP). I basically trade 21 pairs in V1 AUDCAD, AUDCHF, AUDNZD, AUDJPY, AUDUSD, CADCHF, CADJPY, CHFJPY, EURAUD, EURCAD, EURGBP, EURNZD, EURJPY, EURUSD, GBPJPY, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, NZDJPY, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY but this may not be the best thing to do in the long run I am collecting more data every day and some so far this month are loosers, however will they be winners next month thats my worry if I exclude them. Capture.PNG Maybe we should add more pairs? Daily 1% profit just locked in on my live account another question is do we carry on trading 24hrs and not stop after profit reached?

Hi I think there is some great work that has been done here and I would like to thank all. My own observations after running A+SS and its predecessors are that I think there is possibly some further thought that needs to go into profit taking by basket %. I really like the princible of this however it seems to me that this runs into problems due to scaling ratios. For example: Account size = £1000 Lot Size Per £1000 = 0.01 Basket Profit Target (either balence or equity) = 1% All is fine and dandy until the balance/equity grows to £1800 for example, as the lot size is still 0.01 Now the profit target is 1.8% compared with the 'actual' target of 1%, which is pushing A+SS a little to far in my opinion. I realise that profit targets etc can be adjusted manually at the end of every completed cycle, but this can be overlooked. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.
