GBPAUD, GBPNZD, EURAUD, AND EURNZD SHOWED NICE RETRACEMENT TO SUPPORT AND RSI IS NOW ALMOST PINNED TO THE BOTTOM.

WAITING FOR NY SESSION FOR 10.4 SETUP TO BUY.

THE AUSSIE DOLLAR AND THE KIWI HAVE RETRACED TO RESISTANCE AND RSI ARE NOW OVERBOUGHT.
WAITNG FOR 10.4 SETUP TO SELL.

A NOTE OF CAUTION ABOUT SHORTING AUDUSD AND NZDUSD.

NOTE THE BULLISH PIN BAR ON THE DAILY CHART ON MONDAY. LOOKS LIKE BOTH PAIRS WANTS TO GO HIGHER BEFORE FALLING AGAIN. BOTH ARE TRADING UP TO TREND LINE TODAY.

POSSIBILITY OF THE AUSSIE RETRACING TO WR1.

The forex ATM has run out of cash.

Both the Aussie dollar and the Kiwi are trading sideways, and the Kiwi is making higher highs and higher lows, now climbing to just below 240ma, and about to break above it. The reason for the Kiwi dollar rise is based on fundamentals, as the markets expect a rise in NZ interest rates soon.

The Aussie is still in a down trend, but recent momentum may drive it up to 0.9700 before falling again.

I find using H1 CSS FILTER very tedious and also delays entry.

Next week, I will be taking entries off H4 support resistance zones as below. BUY ABOVE 240MA, SELL BELOW. H4 RSI PINNED AT THE TOP, SELL. H4 RSI PINNED AT THE BOTTOM, BUY.

SL RES_HI FOR SELL, SUP_LO FOR BUY. TP NEXT DAILY OR WEEKLY PIVOT / ATR X 0.8.

The example below is a trade I took live today selling CADCHF on H4. I closed the trade early at London close.

THIS IS EXACTLY HOW MY PROPOSED EA IS SUPPOSED TO WORK, AND I FIND IT WORKS VERY WELL.

I have H1 RSI, H4 and H1 stochs in the same indicator window. H4 RSI is gold. I find that when three or four indi are bunching together at the top/bottom, the signals are stronger. This goes with the observation that when multiple time frames indi align, the signals are more reliable.

I use H1 and H4 RSI/STOCHS in my modified Multi 10.4 trader and finds it works well. It made 4% between Thursday and Friday.

Thanks for your encouragement. I am still plugging away with my support resistance ea project. When it is of a useable state, it will be released.

I am very optimistic of its potential. I am trading profitably using the same method. I cannot see how it would fail. The only proviso is that it is not a set-and-forget ea. The user has to review the charts once daily (daily and weekly), only takes a few minutes in the evening after NY close, and decides which charts to trade the following day. No new trades taken after London close, which is the way I trade manually, and start trading again at Frankfurt open. I do leave open trades run, but tends to close all my trades before the NY close on Friday unless there are compelling reasons to leave them open.

I am first and foremost an equity cfd and stock index trader but I find the same rules apply to forex (even though I find forex more volatile and unpredictable). You will have seen the method works just as well for the Dow and gold, and I will trade US oil when the opportunity arises.

Far some reason, the modified Slopey Round Number ea I posted last week has not taken a single trade.

I have revised the SlopeRSI filter code slightly and will try again on demo next week.

Any feedback will be welcomed.
