I'm getting a warning on original version, only on EUR/JPY:

Robot Suspended, Possible Rogue Trading, Remove this EA Immediately

Thanks
You could try reading the damn user guide - answering damn fool questions like this one is what it is designed to do, after all. I am not a fan of people who ask damn fool questions instead of reading the ug.

Capiche?

Trading has now closed for the week and fair to see BASA has taken some big steps forward with the modifications done on it...thanks Steve for your coding and Dave for your input as well :D

I thought I would re-cap on how the 5 demo's have fared since each of them were started....

Demo 1: Started 27/7/13, the account is currently down 1.88% (bottoming out at -9.43% at the beginning of Sept), but is now up 4.32% for Sept to date
This demo has had every version running, dealt with every glitch, MA stacking/No MA stacking, Stop Loss problems, stack trades etc and low trading volume for most of this time! Notwithstanding all of this, without the glitch in the stackingbreakevenpips function when first added a few days ago, this EA would be almost at breakeven right now...an incredible effort by the EA taking everything into account

Demo 1a: Started 6/8/13, the account is currently down 1.28% (bottoming out at -2.85%)
This EA's settings are extremely conservative, taking very few trades. I will be adjusting the settings this weekend to enable the HalfLotsClosed function which I think will tip the balance into the positive.
I am also currently trading these settings on my Cowboy Go Markets Live Account (the demo is on Global Prime) since 19/8/13, with 12 trades being taken (the first few trades I cherry picked, then let the EA run on its own), 4 trades closed at BE, 2 @ SL and 6 trades closed at varying stages of profit for approx 7% gain on my account. This particular account is in a deep hole (courtesy of the beast), which I have been trying to dig out of for a long, long time and can't afford to trade aggressively with it. I'm hopeful these conservative settings will help me claw this account back into a much healthier position!

Demo 1b: Started 8/8/13, currently down 1.71%, same settings as 1a except I have enabled stacking trades. I will be updating the EA on this demo to v1w this weekend and enable the new stacking trade functions included.

Demo 2a & 2b, both started 26/8/13, so are a little under a month old. For these two demo's I experimented with stoch settings of 4.2.2. The results to date for the 2 demo's are quite different...
Demo 2a has similar results to 1a and considered to be conservative settings, however 2b has shone and is currently enjoying a 5.7% gain with maximum drawdown being 2.33%...really quite outstanding. The interesting thing is this growth has been achieved without stacking trades!

Moving forward, this weekend I will be setting up what I will call my 'Pre-Live Demo' account which will be the settings I will start testing with the expectation of trading them on my Live Global Prime account. I will post more on those settings later this weekend!

So if you are new to this thread or you've clicked on the link in my signature just to see the results, you could be expected to believe the EA is not performing having been down for nearly 2 months, but I have to say I am really, really impressed with it's ability to weather everything I have thrown at it. Now that normal volume is returning to the market, I am even more confident and optimistic that there are lots of green pips coming our way. :D

Hi Shelley - you have Demo 3 listed with a SL of 20, 240, 2 but I noticed all the trades have an initial 100 pip SL and the set file is set @ 100 pips SL. I'm not sure whether it was a typo on the description or in setting up the EA. Either way I thought you might want to know.

Cheers,
Dave.

After last weeks awesome run, we are now in a retrace which has cost us a few trades...
If you are trading with the protection of MA stack turned on, this should have kept you safe from BASA taking some trades where the retrace is still not completed.
If you have MA stack turned off...then you've probably given back some of last weeks gains!
