Bob, I don't understand why people try to modify/improve what is already perfected. I had been following you since Al's and 10.2 so I consider you my mentor cause for the first time I'm been profitable in demo and now live following your systems and advice without hessitation. I consider you my mentor cause a mentor is the one with the ability to transmit the knowledge to the student. A teacher can know a lot but if he's not able to transmit.... it's just a teacher.

I never made money in the last 10 years trying EVERYTHING available in this bussines, but stubborn enough to know that the money is here in Forex.... I just need to know how to grab it, hence my username. So... to prove your point I want to show a pic of the profit tracker but don't know how to do it.
I started live on March 14 with 50 bucks, yes 50 bucks and made a profit of 35.9% for the last 2 weeks of March. From the start of April up till right now I'm up 10,593.9 pips, 110.04 dollars profit and 220.08% profit at the momento for the month. SL's and BE Stops not used, why? cause I trust the system and Bob's advice and most of the time the BE turns to be profitable later on. I always remember your advice ONE LOSER, MULTIPLE WINNERS. MY ONLY HARD STOP IS 240 and 0.5% lots and open TP for the yen pairs....SO THERE IS NO FEAR AT ALL !!!!!
After all.... the most I can lose is the initial 50 bucks.

The reason that I don't post to much is because most of my questions are already been asked by other students and in this way not to overload the thread with vague or confusing changes/improvements.

Bob, I would like to hear your thoughts....The only question that I haven't seen or is too vague with no clear definition although you already answered some how but still not clear for me.

How do you know when a retracement in process is a retracement or the begining of a new trend? Where the retracement begins and where it ends?

I have noticed that the retracements some are small, some medium or some big ones, after the fact. Could it be interesting to the 10.4 sys to grade the retracements in advance? To the point that you can say...
Oh, this pullback will be grade A so therefore I should place a pending this far away?

And lastly, following your advice I have been placing three buy stops and three buy limits on every daily pivot everyday in the yen pairs specially before bed time, but at some point they got duplicated.... is this healthy for the system and MM?

Thank you very much for your advice and mentoring

Cheers from Mexico, William aka PIPSTUBBORN

WOW. Great story and persistent. The 2 reads I get that show a move may be bigger than the norm is from the AO. In a buy it has dipped below the 0 line in the indi. This shows a big buildup if price goes back into the trend. I a sell the AO is above the 0 line.

The second read is with the CSS. If you have the top two pairs matched with the bottom two pairs you have a chance of a good trade. Other than that it is knowing the fundamental that is causing the move. For example the JPY trades of the last week were one of the easiest to know and read. Many of us collected a bundle on that one.

Now that the 10.4 reads are back online I wouldnt be doing the 3 pendings below the trade anymore. I will probably be stopping the practice starting with tomorrow's trades. That is because the indi reads are now starting to come back online and a reversal now becomes a possibility. Before this the move was so strong no counter trades had a chance. Now there is a possibility of a retrace. The rate of increase was so big and powerful for the last 7 days a real genuine retrace was not possible. Now that rate of increase has slowed their is now a chance for retracements to happen. Hang in there and wish you the best. What part of Mexico are you from? I do want to visit your country when I retire.

A trend is defined by the 240 line. Once price breaks through and you are given a 10.4 trade in the new direction and it works you are in the new trend.

Retracements are just the normal back and forth movement of price. Price goes up and then comes down but not as far. The angle of the increase goes up and then slows down. The CSS indi on the info page gives you the angle of the increase. > 0 price is moving up < 0 price is moving down. The bigger the number the higher the rate of increase. As the number goes back to zero again this shows that momentum is slowing and change of direction is coming. That is why I like it. It lets me know that the inertia of the move is speeding up or slowing down.

Thanks for your imput! So in normal conditions it will be ok to place 2 or 3 buy stops on jy pairs? Still healthy for the system and MM?

I'm from Mexico City, when you decide to come over I'll be very happy to serve you as a turist guide and it's on me one beer.... only one haha.

One of my dream goals is to travel all over the world with my laptop visiting you, Steve, Al and anyone that open their doors and visiting their countries and exchange ideas, experiences of trading, trading together.... just like the fishermen do but without exagerating.

My second dream goal is to write a book titled.... HOW I MADE MY FIRST MILLION DOLLAR STARTING WITH 50 BUCKS THANKS TO NANNING..... dont ask how long it will take me as long as I having fun trading.

Cheers
