Hi Thomas,

If I may chime in here.

The original concept was coded by Bruster. If you look at my chart below you will see that his STOCH 7 indicator follows my stochs to the T. At the time the indicator was in its infancy stages and Bruster got as far as making it TDesk compatible. There were no refresh seconds, bars to calculate etc. Subsequent to that you released Stoch 7 TD v2 which had all the goodies with the refresh seconds, bars to calculate and I am sure would calculate at intervals without having to change the chart time frame.
My concept is to follow the daily stochs from an hourly timeframe and that is why I have linked the Ma to the first indicator data.

I tried to copy and paste some of Bruster's code to your code. No matter what I try I cannot get your version to look the same as Bruster's. If I have it on the hourly timeframe you will see a big difference, obviously because it is reading the daily time frame but It does not read the hourly on the daily. Crumbs hope I make sense :)

I did not want to trouble you with this because I know you are extremely busy so I just reverted to Bruster's version.

Rename 2ma cross indicator to "TD 2MA Cross TD V2 pg_v1.ex4" and load again TDeskUltimate.tpl .

Hi Leon.

Let's see if I got this right. We are not talking about my STO7 TD V2, but Bruster's STO7? You are using that because you think something is wrong with STO7 TD V2?

Yes, it is with Bruster's indicator that we have to change timeframes for it to update.
You are using that because you think something is wrong with STO7 TD V2?
It is now totally independent of the chart timeframe it is running on. The signals always stay the same.
In short it should be dependent of the chart timeframe it is running on. Not the other way around. The signal should change when you change timeframes. I trade this off the 1hr timeframe as can be seen in the screenshot where the Ma cross matches the colour change in Bruster's Indicator.

You are totally correct. Thanks for this. I always group my indicators in alphabetical order and like to keep all the TD indicators together so it is easy for me to find them hence all my TD indicators start with TD.

When a template does not load all indicators mentioned, is better to edit the template.tpl with notepad and within the code u can see the correct names of all indicators it loads.
