It might well form a W, but for now, i see it at L2, today is D3, MM has been steadily accumulating positions, no stop hunt here, just a straightaway, pausing at previous point, printing a pin to get longs in.

Price might probably retrace to 1.55228 to get people into a long position, probably 3 candles in or maybe till later in the US session for the "reversal"
Amazing....
Need to work on my level-recognition..
Looking at kwanann charts, I found that yesterday Hi-Lo are great to recognize pushes.
Accumulation, the range is pretty the same as the day before.
Push or level, the range is near twice the day before.

Just my thought.

Alex
So, now we get distribution, followed by a rise tomorrow/ friday/ next week?

Hi kwanann.

Could you Help me out on US/Jp level.

As I read it it's on L2, and a retracement taking place for the 3d push down.

I would appreciate your inputs.

@monty

i actually missed this one, marked out this chart about 12 hours ago (ie at the end of the leg), by the time i saw it.. well you get the picture

@gertje

This is my latest experiment, double PA lines, the blue ones are based off a higher consolidation of price move. the small yellow lines are the intra day moves. i read off the M15 chart and use the show period separators to indicate when is a new day. The lines are typically drawn from peak high to peak low or vice versa. BLUE lines are new, i've been working on yellow lines for the past month

The FIRST line MUST be at least the ADR of the pair, e.g GU has ADR of approximately 100pips +- 25pips. This move should start from either a straightaway, M or Stop Hunt formation. It would be nice if there is a stop hunt in between the move for the intra day. This line does not end when the day ends, neither does it start when the day starts, its just from a peak to the opposite peak

The second line, is the fuzzy one, this is the one where the MM is not in play. So the line it may or may not be clear in its direction, it can go all over the place. This must not be mixed up with "holding the cross" (Look at the middle portion between the 2 lines http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... &mode=view). this line typically ends with a reversal pattern back into where L1 ends

The third line.. well is the 3rd line, the range of the 3rd line needs to be about the same as the first line or slightly more

From the first to third line, it should take at least 2.5 days or more, depending on the move and what the MM is up to. If you were to draw the range from the first line to last line, it should be at least 2xADR of the pair

I would say it's doing it's first leg up.

Now that aint so hard right ;)

As for stop hunts, they typically happen on session change over. Today was a fantastic day where the Frankie cleared the board before NY came in. Since the stop hunt moved up, the trend if DOWN. You enter at the end of the stop hunt when the pins form.

Sometimes stop hunts don't directly result in a straightaway (e.g EU), they might take some time to form a M (GU now) before they go down again

Some nice trades there folks. You guys and all that double, triple stuff make me smile.

It doesn't require that much risk to do VERY VERY well. 1 or 2% a day reliably would make you a superstar. Compounding is magical. The trick is managing your losses when you fall out of the groove.

Fun to see you guys thrive!

Mike

P.S. Kwan, if you can keep your drawdown in check (sub 20%), and put up numbers even 1/4 that good for a few months people will throw money at you to trade. Be careful what you wish for. ;)

I would say it is a pullback between L2 and L3 ?
I am just a beginner, don't kill me big Tyrex.

(Trade 1 is not NT related)
