i have another approch regarding GU
In 4H TF its looks like starting 3rd level up
Price crossed weekly high and then retrace with long PinBar
If you notice at weekly high , I draw yellow line when price retrace 1st May 2013 which show its good support and if its break like status here and make that long PinBar its may be signal to start 3rd level Up. My TP at retrace at Aug 21.
I but Pending buy above pinbar+spread
Thats my approach .

Note: English my second langauage so tried to explain what i see.

I've been putting together my final trading methods, (not yet on my thread) and wanted to demo it today, so have closed out for today with 16%. I needed that confidence boost, now back to live on Monday.

I've been on an intense work regime for a year - kinda like the Holy Grail thing, only of course there isn't a Holy Grail but there is understanding the markets and what's really going on. I'm still a noob, and caught between demo and live, but I always trade demo the way I should trade live, to simulate as much as possible. If I demo, it's because I'm focussed purely on methodology not the psychology. My approach is markets are driven by supply and demand, this is the playground for the fox. So without getting into too much detail here, yes the way I am learning to trade does include Wyckoff in how to map price accurately especially when ranging. There are some adaptations for forex and some other things all put together to form the Dragon's Lair. I'm planning to put everything into a pdf file over the next few days. It's not for everybody, and really it helps me to document everything, if someone else can benefit the way I have by all of you then I'm blessed. I'm not planning to trade NFP tomorrow so will catch up on some other jobs.

Looking forward to that thanks , I don`t demo just trade the smallest lots , not as scary when it goes into DD , but when i`m sure I ramp it up , sometimes the market just moves away too quickly

Doesn't this bring a smile to ur face Gertje, much better r:r!

Not sure if u guys realized.. M formed on eu at h4 and gu on m15. So we are looking at another 2 days of downward price action :)

On live already up 14% based on I profit, with my gu trades still left on the table and a small sprinkling of other trades, nfp will just be an excuse to move price down so they are there to stay. Again I play by worse case scenario, which would mean I return all I.ve earned this week back. Best case.. 100% or more, wahahahha

Hi All,

I m new to this forum. But have been reading the post for quite some time now. Trading only Daily charts using FIBs EMAs.

Learned some stuff about W and M and posting below charts for USDCAD where possibly M is in formation and price is likely to go down till 1.04185. Already short with 1 position and put sell stop around 1.04640.

Request you all to comment and share your insights.

Hi Kundanketki, welcome to the forum. FIBS maybe, EMA's definately not. Personally I think CAD could go either way, it's been in a 2 week range so far. My guess is at some point it will come down to 1.04 but could be a bumpy ride as it could test highs again at 1.056.

Hi, banteka. Good to see you.

If the M happens after the resistance, how do you handle that? Where do you enter? Second leg? Do you assume the breakout is a fakeout as soon as you see the second leg forming?

It seems dangerous. It could be the classic breakout + pullback (second leg here) + continuation before price skyrockets.

It the M happens before or about the resistence the signal seems strongly bearish to me, but once the resistence has been broken I should wait until price drops clearly back avoiding any RT, M, etc as a trigger to take the entry.

Anyway, very interesting chart. We´ll be watching.
