If using strategy tester with visual mode, it would be easy test what APTM parameters works best with trading method used. I dont know is this possible or not implement, if visual mode show those buttons.
It could be also a great trading simulator.

the Empty4 backtester is very rudimental designed, that is why a bunch of functions will not work with testing. As APTM is a pure TM backtesting will not make much sense...
Best to understand the functions and the impact of the different settings is to try different settings in demo-forward testing...

I've been using for sometime now with my demo accounts to see how good it actually works and I've been very impressed with its performance.

However, as a favour I don't know if you can add a feature, it is in some other trade managers I have used before but I would like to just stick to one that is easy enough to handle.

My request is to include:
BreakEven + UserDefinedPips

I like this feature because once at BreakEven + UserDefinedPips, which mostly is to cover the cost of the trade and making sure that at least I take something from that trade in the event the trade reverses against me.

If you want to use partclose with BE you have to set MoveSLOnlyIfWin=true, if not partclose will be deactivated, this is why you see the alert...
