Self fixers, the easiest way is to go to line 3400 and copy this snippet over the 3 lines already in place:

I have just received a pm from a moron, asking me a question that is already answered in post 1. This moron is the latest member of the On Moderation group; proud members can do nothing more here than read posts and download attachments.

I might occasionally have mentioned in passing, how much I loathe writing user guides and/or detailed instructions in post 1 of my threads. Imagine how irritated I get when some clown asks a question that clearly demonstrates that he/she/it has not read them.

I remind members that SHF is not a place that welcomes dimwits.

Not sure what I was on when I coded TJF's hedging - probably listening to the Test Match on the radio and coding at the same time. I did not code to hedge when the position is wildly imbalanced and there is an HGI signal. I coded to hedge only when the position is wildly imbalanced, which is bollocks.

V 1n is in post 1, with an implementation of another brilliant idea by TraderJoeForex. From the updated post 1:

• The remaining inputs are about whether to hedge when an HGI trend arrow or blue wavy line appear, and close the hedge if a yellow wavy range appears, apart from:
  • OffsetLosersWhenClosingHedge: this tells RnR to calculate how many losing trades can be offset by the profits of a profitable defensive hedge closing, and then close them
  .

There are probably bugs in the code. Coders, have a look at
void GetLosingTradesTickets(int type, double profit) starting at line 1127. The function is called from within bool LookForTradeClosure(int ticket) - itself only called to examine a defensive hedge trade.

V 1o is in post 1. This is my last planned release for now. There will be others when code bugs appear - and they will. This stuff is not always easy.

I have added Sixths into the TJF defensive hedging stuff as an additional closure/offset facility. See the additions I have made to the "EDIT: 25/5/16" section of post 1.

Do not expect anything more lucid from me tonight. I have done a lot or coding today and now have a very pleasant bottle of Malt with me, courtesy of your kind gifts. I am going to lower its level substantially.

Have fun with RnR folks. Trade live if you do as I am - with all the TJF hedging and related stuff turned off until we know that it is both coded accurately and helps. It has added just shy of another 1,000 stress-free pips and $74 to my account today, and is up over $200 so far this week.

Mind, if you want stress-free trading then you must follow my trading recommendations in post 1 - just going to make sure they reflect my latest thinking and useage.

I have reviewed my post 1 trading recommendations. The only thingy I have changed is to tell you all to forget all pairs other than GJ until a member proves that another pair is also tradable this way.

Hi,

I'd like to give you my experience on RnR, some of you may be interested.
I've been using it on GU for two weeks (spread is much lower with respect to GJ). In this period it took 3800 pips, and now the DD is -2559 pips. It seem quite well Thank you all.

The version I use is EXP 1, with 0,02 lots.
