With increased volatility in the market I have decided to keep the nickel to 1000 dollar per account as my main trade option. This will decrease some of my profit taking but it has been almost too good to be true and Monday showed me these markets are now going into a more wild swing mode. You can still play them but you have to trade MM accordingly.

Hi Bob, in your Gbp/Chf example you place a pending at the break of DP, what will be the TP level? Also are you planning to place sell stops at the next levels below the DP?

Many thanks for your system and effort to teach. Really great!

I will still use Weekly for my TP unless they are so spread apart like they were last week with the JPY. In reality I TP at session times. Sometimes that will give me 1 line 2 lines or even 3 lines on big moves. I have stated these before. The reason I have such a high win ratio. My TP has a lot to do with what price action is doing. I TP quicker Mon-Wed. and tend to hang on longer Thurs-Friday. I know you guys want hard fast rules but Forex is fluid and I try to go with the flow as I see it. Very hard to teach and for some people extremely hard to understand. I will report huge wins on some days while others barely eek out some trades. It really is experience.

When we had the big drop Monday I really wanted to know why. When I found out it had nothing to do with changing the Macro fundamentals of the JPY I wasnt worried. I had dozens of suggestions on how to change the system. Emails, PMs, postings. I have no reason to change anything. The JPY held course and will continue with its depreciation over the long haul. Silly to think 2 weeks into the program that they are going to make major changes. They just did make major changes and they will stay the course. So you will not see me selling JPY on this side of the 240 line. I do expect the Euro to cross that line eventually and maybe even the aud and nzd but over all JPY is going down.

Now I see SNB is changing philosophy concerning its relationship with the EURO. That is huge news and another Macro-economic change. If they do this then there is a currency that is willing to appreciate and I now know where to go trade. That one news story is buried amongst a lot of commentary trash but when you have done this you get to see these stories and their importance on Forex. The rest is short term micro economics and doesnt mean anything. Look for CHF to appreciate.

Why RSI2 is not going down in NZDUSD? Is it possible a divergence computing only two periods?

Ok back to fundamentals for me, lets see if i can turn the tables around

AUDNZD and AUDCAD seems to have bottomed out, playing the cross to just below the weekly pivot, slightly below weekly pivot, yesterday's high and above ADR high

CHF align with Bob's intepretation, have sell GBPCHF and USDCHF, both SL at slightly above yesteday's high, TP after MID WS2, possibly it will hit ADR low

E/J and G/J both have illustrated that they have no freeking desire to go below the last low. It wants no part of that deal. Now buying dips using 1 hr TF on both these pairs. Trading range of 127.3 to 129.3 on E/J and 149.00 to 151.00 on G/J.

The new daily pivot is lower than this. Are you sticking with yesterdays Pivot?
I like the odds on these two trades, If GBP decides to go strong to the up side you have the GBPUSD, if it goes south you have the GBPCHF. :)
