At least for one month of hands-off demoing it's predecessor V3

I am planning to go live with this one from the beginning of next year with an equity manager as a safety backup.

Me too... and it's not the only one of these latest EAs by José Luis that makes me itching to start running on a live account. But let's see for another couple of months. :twisted:

Hello JL,

Glad you're back.
I'm attaching two screenshots from my demo account, I think the profit calculation is wrong or something in both EAs. I've put the Kiss 3a reloaded on my demo and the calculation on it are good, as well.
Same EAs on my live cent account shows correct calculations.


If you do consider prolonging the expiration date on your EAs it would be great.

Hi José, guys,

I've say this countless times before, I religiously believe that running ANY strategy without a defined cut-off point is (account) suicide. Sooner or later there will be a move in the market that will leave you in deep trouble. You can tweak entry strategies, stop trading when there's news, limit the pairs traded, hedge, stack, grid, martingale, whatever. These can help most of the times, but there only needs to be ONE time when things go wrong for things to go WRONG. And that one time WILL happen, make no mistake about it.

Now, I'm demoing a couple of José's EAs with a hard stoploss on every trade and I must say I'm very pleased with how they're going.
I'm not saying I've found the definitive solution, far from it, it merely serves to illustrate my point (so far anyway).

150 pips stoploss (I'm using 0.01 lots per $500 and no swap filter. All else is default).

My point is: Don't be afraid of taking a hit. You can't win them all. Having a losing day or week or month might be unpleasant but it's the long term that matters.
