Hi all!

Yes, it's been a few years since I stopped by to say hi! I just wanted to drop in and share a gift with you. Over the past 3 years, I've been working on the 9ofX indicator and in my heart I knew there was something about this thingy that needed to be exploited. Well, I found it. That's all I'm gonna say. This MT5 EA is the hard work of many years .. countless blown up real accounts .. blood, sweat, and lots of tears. I think it caused me to lose most of my hair because I just wouldn't quit. Like the Holy Grail indicator, I cannot afford to share this source code. It is to close to my heart. The EA will expire at the end of the year, but I will post a new version if there is enough interest in it (if Steve will allow it).

Use the default settings, drop it on all 28 pairs at the start of the week and turn it off for the weekend (if you want .. because it will hedge trades gone bad.) Meta Trader 4 just doesn't have the right stuff for a developer, so I only have a MT5 version.

This is my demo account. I started trading the EA a few hours ago. You should see this thing fly when it picks up the monthly trend! Magic number 1 is the trade from the month TF and Magic number 2 is the hedge from the daily TF. It will only hedge if trade 1 hasn't kicked in yet. I actually look forward to news now! :) You will get small losses until the first trade gets into sync with the market. If the market does a complete reversal, Trade 1 is closed and hopefully we ride the hedge into a small (maybe big) profit.

I set it up and will give it a go. I installed MT5 and I am running a Metaquotes demo account. Do you have any MT5 decent broker suggestions?

Sounds good! Let us know your results. Whatever broker you use, make sure they offer all of the 28 major pairs. I've seen some that don't. I'm using Tradersway as my broker. They aren't the fastest in town, but U.S. traders can't be picky if they want to hedge.

You are more than welcome! This site has taught me sooooo much, I don't think I could pay back enough. FYI, it was a very flat day (MN1 chart) so I didn't profit anything, but .. I didn't lose any money in my demo account!

Hi Dwain, yes, there is a tonne of info for sure. Somewhat overwhelming at times. :?

So OK, I have set this up this morning (Australia) and all set for Monday market open. Just one question tho'. I am using 1 Hour charts. Is this suitable - or irrelevant. 1H usually allows good insight as to what is happening with an EA. I will see for myself when it starts up of course but maybe you could clarify now to avoid this question a dozen more times from others. :lol:

The trading TF is set in the settings of the EA. You can view any TF you want on the chart and it won't effect the EA. I have scripts to open all the charts on M1, H1, or MN1 depending on the script I run. I like to watch mostly on the 1 minute chart when I'm at the keyboard. BUT, I designed this EA so that I wouldn't have to sit at the keyboard and go live a life! LOL


BTW .. here's a tip .. the only setting I change from the defaults, is the Risk Percentage . I'm running it at 5%. I like to close the trades after a big winning day, so that the EA can open new trades with a higher lot.

Edit: Please realize this strategy is to trade the whole market, not just one pair. It only works if it's running on all pairs.
